Last Sunday I was at the vision center to get a pair of computer glasses. I don’t know much about glasses the optician Angelo Loza was very knowledgeable that really made me so comfortable making a decision on what to get. He even helped me choose a pair of frames that goes well according to my face. I do recommend going to the vision center at walmart but I do suggest to get Angelo to help. He is great at customer service. My mother bought a pair of eye glasses at a different walmart and they were not well adjusted. We tried going back to the walmart were she got her glasses but they got adjusted even worst and my mother didn’t want to do anything anymore. But one of those days we went shopping we stopped by the vision center and told Angelo our experience. He helped my mom making that adjustment and my mother is so happy now. Place with a nice location, parking space suffcient for visitors, you can find almost everything you may need, but crowded on weekends
Customer service was amazing! I was paying a few stuff at self check out and I forgot 1 item and I told the cashier if she could cancel my transactions so I could go back and get it. Cashier said not to worry to just go and get it quick and come back and finish paying. ❤️❤️❤️
Very BAD customer service. We were waiting 15 minutes for help. We bought a backpack. We need help to open the. Crystal door. Unlock. They told us to push a button. We have to wait. For more than 15 minutes. The lady seems to be in a bad mood.

This location is okay. There are a few issues with safety, such as leaving enough space in aisles for people to walk through when they are restocking stuff, optimizing safety by making sure pallet jacks are secure, slow response time to loud and rude people, and clean restrooms for males. There are many pretty ladies that work here, so that’s a plus for me
Everything is usually locked up. Most workers are in their own role and can’t seem to gauge when a customer is lost or needs help or they walk right by customers who ask for them. The registered are always backed up and not all the self check out register work.
