Thank you for assisting me in selecting the merchandise I needed for such a special event today! 🎈 🎂 🥳5 years agoMacy’s has been the store I fell in love with my wife many years ago, I meet her working at Macy’s back almost 25 yrs ago, Macy’s used to be called The Broadway and it was situated at the Broadway mall in West Chula Vista, she used to work there back in that time. Anyhow, every time I come to this new store it reminds me about my old times. I know that things have changed but the Macy’s stores are always very nice and well taken care of and service is always good. The things they sale out there are very well priced but you can always get their app or sign on line to get great coupons for awesome discount. This is one thing I love about this modern times. If you find the app you and add your email address to their list you will get good coupons with a 25 – 50 – 60 % discount in some special items. Their clothing and perfumes are very nice quality as well as other parts of the store. I do recommend you to take a moment to walk the store they have a little bit of everything for every body. They some nice jewels, watches, Clothes for Kids, Young, young adults, ladies and gentlemen. Shoes, accessories, perfumes, makeup and so much more, you have to visit it. The parking is free and is not so far from freeway 125a year agoWent to return and the first sales associate (at the shoe department) offered to help,even though it was immediately obvious, I was returning luggage. She, and the two others who helped at the shoe and the jewelry section, were everything you could want in a sales person – courteous, attentive, and efficient.7 months agoThey’ve gone to a digital pricing system You need to look up prices on cell phone if you want to know how much is an item Great for store No so good for customers. At least for me8 months agoOne of the best Macy’s in San Diego, it’s clean, staff is very friendly and professional with a good supply of products. This location isn’t as busy as most other locations which allows you to relax and enjoy your shopping 🛍️

I found the dress and accesories that I was looking for wedding that I was invited to. The lady was nice, the only thing is that it was very warm inside the store like the A/C wasn’t working so I gave them 4 stars for that. Shopping in summer there needs to be working A/C in the store.
I needed to buy a perfume for a gift, they wanted $132 (before taxes!) so I did a quick Amazon check & it was only $65 for the exact same perfume (& same size). So nice place to shop if you don’t care how much money you’re spending.
I always love Macy’s! They have everything I love to wear! Shoes, belts, and purses included. The best perfume, and they can give make-up make overs with the best brands! Sunglasses are top of the line, although I wish they had even more from their already wide selection 😅🤷🏽☺️One thing I must say though, this Macy’s is the only one that sometimes follows me kind of racistly like if I’m stealing. I feel since I’m the only black person everytime I go, they have their own stereotype and it kind of hurts my feelings even though I say nothing and still but my items. But I spend thousands and thousands of hard earned money there, so it bothers me a bit at times😞😒…..
Other than that they are perfect as can be on quality customer service! 👍🏽
The Macys at Plaza Bonita is not a 5 star. I’d give them 3 stars. But the Macy at 555Broadway and H street gets a 5 Star. The shoe department is where I went at both Macys. The one at Plaza Bonita didn’t have the devoted one on one service that I got at H streets Macys. The shoe department here was very attentive to needs and pleasing the customers. Even for having a few customers to attend to. I’m very pleased with H Streets shoe department. Thank you Macys on H street.
Needed a shirt. Found one on sale for 40% off. Great deal. I walked out with it on.
