  Walmart is great.. when I’m not able to go I use delivery. They always get my order correct. The only negative point is, after a certain weight, they charge $7-$8 more.. I can see fee if huge order, but not for regular shopping weight. Hoping they will change policy..

  I went to return some thing that cost me $200 worth but without a receipt they could not do it so it was not a good experience and I lost money there I had gone twice that day. I ended up going to another Walmart as well, but where I bought it they didn’t mention what was mentioned in the other ones about finding that receipt in the system if I had gone to the original where I had bought it, but they did not mention that in that store, so I did not want to go back. I got frustrated.

  Quick customer service when I had to return something. Also self checkout moved by pretty quickly. Store was clean and organized, staff was willing to help with anything I needed. Good experience overall

  I’m here daily. Although they do decent at restocking, especially in collectibles and toys, they still don’t restock or order enough of items in high demand or items that never actually make it to the shelves or even reach the pegs because there are plenty of pallette raiders. Me being one of them ha! They have items in the collectibles section that doesn’t move and has been sitting for at least 6 months with still no clearance pricing. They don’t have certain items other walmart’s have especially in hardware. It’s a very busy Walmart but also pretty unorganized.

  Great experience in the automotive department. The young lady was very knowledgeable. I also spoke to the ex-team lead of the sporting goods department. If anyone in UPPER management is listening or reading this message please promote this young man. He’s been at Walmart for 10 years. I met him when the North Loop 20 store opened. He was excellent then and he has maintained his high level of performance. Can u imagine what this young man will be like as a store director someday? He hold his head high and when I asked why he wasn’t a manager by now he gave the perfect COMPANY man answer. Keep an eye on this young man. He is an asset to your company.

  It was my first time here…. lots of trucks here!!! Lol. Big rigs and country trucks…. lol. However the big rigs are usually parked to the right, for all of the truckers. It’s very clean, everyone sticks to themselves here, which is great! It has most of the groceries and things I get at my other Walmart out of town! So that’s a plus! The self check’s a little smaller area, than most… but it passes. Lol. For the most part, pretty great. I like how they stick to the plan of most Walmart layouts! Great job! 👍👍👍🙂🙃🙂

  Very bad customer service. Not that organized… no help around when you need it. Plus the convenience they use to have of 24/7 never came back… little by little they’re standards of caring about the customer has declined. The only thing good, is that they are a “Super” Walmart.

  I am here pretty often. I feel like i come to this store 3 times a week. It’s clean and uaually fully stocked! Today, we were approached by a young lady named Stefanie. She was kind and sweet to my son. You need more people like her. Usually, in customer service, the employees are rude, and im sure it stems from other rude customers that have an attitude, but what did I do?! Get more Stefanies!!
