What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Shoe shopping this visit! 🥰 Always a huge selection of shoes and brands. Store is always clean and organized. Service was not great today with only one cashier and long wait for an associate to get shoes from stock.

  2. I mainly patronize this store for the fragrance and occasionally, suits. When I’m looking for new fragrance, I work with Ms. Laura who is a great sales associate. I ensure that I give my business to her because she takes her time and listens to what it is I don’t and do like, in terms of scents. Within the last two weeks, I’ve given her service because she’s awesome! Go visit her nowwww! My latest purchases was Versace and Miss Dior… & jeez, talk about hypnotizing! Store is more than not clean, temperature is appropriate and most sales associates are cool. Parking is horrible near the causeway and Vets entrance though!

  3. i bought my Givenchy perfume here.I love the.ladies who are hardworking in this place! check your fragrances there . they really are good at their job

  4. Shopping for men’s shoes? Do yourself a favor, get in your car and drive to Dillard’s instead. Wasted 30 minutes of my life in this terrible store today (8/2/23). I came in around 5:30. 10-12 minutes in, a guy with a combover walks up. He mumbled something, but I didn’t quite hear it. So I said “hi, do you work here?”. Only reason I asked is because it didn’t look like the usual uniform I’m used to seeing. So he responds “I wouldn’t be asking you if you need help if I didn’t work here”. Rude and uncalled for, but okay still tried to give them a chance. He gets one shoe for me to try on and leaves for about 15 minutes. During that time, he stood at the register talking to another male employee. The one with the glasses. They went to the register and back several times to put clothes back. They probably had MAYBE 2 customers during that time. I was standing there watching both of them the whole time, so I’m confused. Why is hanging the clothes up being prioritized over assisting me with the shoe he handed me 15 minutes ago? Finally, I walked up to the register to see what the hold up was. The other guy with the glasses finally speaks and asks if I need help. OBVIOUSLY YES if I have been standing here for 15 minutes with the box your coworker handed me and never came back. Anyway, I found another shoe I was interested in and asked him if they have another size 8.5, since the one they had on display had a very noticeable brown stain on them. He says no. So, I ask if there was anything he could offer, such as a few dollars taken off or wiping the dirt off the shoe. He says “I don’t know of anywhere that does that”. I worked in retail for years and basically every store I worked at offered “that” to customers in the event of a shoe being noticeably dirty. I said okay, just put the shoe behind the register and I will be back in 10 minutes. During that time, I went to Dillard’s to see what shoes they had to offer. Literally 30 seconds of me being there and someone asked me if I needed help. I kid you not, I spent a total of 5 minutes there and 3 different employees checked on me during that time. I was finished with my sale within 5 minutes of me being there. Spent an extra $20 than I originally intended to, but with that service it was completely worth it! It’s always something with Macy’s and these LAZY employees. These men really gave me an attitude because I was requesting for them to do the job they get PAID to do. Why apply for something, interview for it, and then show up to work knowing you’re going to be miserable working there? At this rate, I’m canceling my Macy’s card and getting a Dillard’s one. Get it together. These employees are awful. No wonder the Dillard’s shoe section had multiple customers, while the Macy’s one had no one else except for me standing there. Seems everyone else already got the memo. It ain’t rocket science, the employees don’t care and the managers need to do something about it. Best believe I walked past with my Dillard’s bag in hand. A little effort would’ve went a long way. Oh well. Get used to it if y’all plan on keeping these lazy employees around.

If you are looking for top quality products that you can’t find anywhere else. Sure, all of the quality doesn’t come cheap but it is what you have to do. The setting is great as well as the location. The associates were very helpful and attentive, making sure that the added cost was worth it.

Macy’s is a great place to purchase skin care, cosmetics, and clothing. They always provide the latest and hottest fragrances. I can always find what I need be it clothing, shoes, or formal wear. 💘

Able to find all items I needed. Downside is there was only one employee working who was covering several departments by himself. So being able to get attentive service and checkout took longer then it should have.

Not as great as it once was but quality items overall. Some priced way high- compared to finding similar items at a TJMaxx or some such store… but atmosphere here is nice as well. I will say this last time we went there seemed to be some more affordable items “on sale” if you shop high priced items on a budget. Use the app- it helps with knowing the final price which is often lower than the tag on sale items.

Jessica Boudreaux was absolutely amazing!!!! She was knowledgeable and her product knowledge was impeccable! She made the difficult decision of purchasing a mattress simplistic. She has the perfect personality for sales because it didn’t come off as rushed or pushy, in fact, her presence is calming. It was also a learning experience because I learned so much about mattresses in such a brief amount of time. If you are looking for a mattress, do not hesitate! Go to Macy’s and ask for Jessica!

(I also added a few shots of the Coastal Collection located in the same area.)

A lot of great sales! I got my mother her birthday gift from there. It was a beautiful dress for 50% off. Grand total was $25.12. Awesome! I am going back when I don’t have my daughters with me so I can take my time and shop.

The store is gross. It used to be absolutely beautiful. The carpets are nasty. Whole areas of the store empty. The jewelry displays holding the diamonds are falling apart and flaking. If I’m going to spend so much money I would hope it would be presented well.

Friendly staff. Inventory is fairly good with an adequate variety of items. Clean store. Pickup is available for online ordering.

I love the merchandise Macy’s carries, but not much inventory and this doesn’t apply to the workers. They are very knowledgeable and professional, but are at the mercy of some downsizing of the company itself.

I sort of feel bad for this location because although it has some great staff, the store is just not “full” it always has this look like it’s going out of business. Missing cologne bottles on display, men’s dept is full of overpriced Kenneth Cole or Calvin Klein suits. I think this is probably a corporate problem
