- Reviews:We were in need of a new hot water system and T-Mark quoted us $1,000 less than the first company we checked with and they got us in very quick as we did not have any hot water. I talked to them through a chat online and it was very easy to set up the consultation. They are super professional, letting you know who is coming to your house and what they look like before they come. They also share some back story to their employees. The entire experience was easy and painless and actually pretty pleasant. The day of the installation we needed a lot of work done for the new system to be put in, the guys worked an almost full 12 hour day and when they were finished, the work they had done looked immaculate. So much nicer than our previous system that was about 10 years old. They were very good at explaining things to my husband and I as well. The financing options they have are also a big plus. One other thing that made me really appreciate this company was that about a week after the installation they sent us a package with a lunch box filled with cookies. I will use this company for future problems and maintenance and I will definitely recommend them to anyone! Of the 4, T-mark was the lowest cost. T-mark is super professional in its operations. * They text u pictures of the technician coming to your home prior to their arrival. * Their quotes were completed and emailed to me before they left my house. * The techs took the time to explain the pros and cons of a traditional boiler vs a combination high efficiency boiler. * They offer 0% financing. * Didn’t charge me any extra for hooking up my ecobee smart thermostat. They did the removal and install in one day! They sent four technicians to my house. The quality of their work is above and beyond what the original boiler had. T-mark techs reworked the copper piping, the manifold, and added shut off valves everywhere, thereby making any future maintenance pain free. I am really really impressed with the new system. In the pictures note that the new boiler is the blue one. Thank you T-Mark!By aaron tech (a year ago)October of 2022 I had a gas leak and the gas company turned of all gas to my house. Gas company found 2 leaks. T Mark came out 4 days later so I was without gas 5 days so far. I am 70 years old and recently lost my husband which I explain to the gentleman that came out. Trying to navigate this new life I trusted the quote of $3400 to replace all pipes even though there were only 2 leaks. Gary came the next day and replaced $34000 worth of piping. He left and was told to call gas company. He never checked for leaks and he gave me his personal phone number to call him if there was a problem all very nice. Now it is 8pm and gas company came out and said there were still leaks. Called Gary per his suggestion and he came back out. Called gas company again still leaks. Gas company left and he worked on it until 10pm and told me to call gas company in morning. He was quite rude like it was my fault. I realize he had some personal stuff going on but I did also and he was the professional. Called the gas company 5 more times after that and still leaks. Several days went by and still no gas. The last time the gas company came out and Gary assured me all was good the gas company tighten some pipes and they were able finally turn gas back on. Since then I still smell gas on and off but would never put myself through that nightmare again. Now it’s January 2023 and had a friend come out and check for leaks as he works for a heating company and low and be hold found the leak and not the one of the 2 leaks that was my original issue. I feel I was robbed and taken advantage of due to my age. I would never recommend your company Ever the nightmare I went through was unfair. Do Better! I called Roto-Rooter to unclog the bathroom in my office, 4 of their technicians came and sent over 20 feet of cable to the pipe, the cable got stock and they couldn’t remove it , they cut the cable and left. Another compony charged me $6400 to reroute the pipes and fix the mess the Roto-Rooter made. My building And the plumbing is only three years old.
I emailed Pat Swanson and he didn’t do anything. The worst company ever. Roto-Rooter delete all the negative comments on their Facebook account.
Super disappointed! Be wary! As much as I appreciate the convenience of Roto-Rooter and have used them in the past, I was very disappointed this time, almost violated. For less than 2 hours of work I was charged $875 of labor. I was charged $175 in parts which I looked up and the parts prices were under $45. Also I had to cut the floor open and repair it myself. They didn’t even make a permanent fix , they used rubber boots in the area that they knew I would have to cover up and have no access to. I’m okay with the jacked up parts prices because that’s unfortunately what companies do, but I am very disappointed with the labor number. I called to ask about the cost and the worker said they charge a flat rate whether it’s 5 minutes or a 6-hour job. Be very careful when you use roto-rooter. Use them for estimates and then go and find a different plumber at a much lower price.

Update: I was contacted from a representative from Roto-Rooter because of this review. I got the same response, “We charge by the job not the time.” He was still supportive of roto-rooters policy of charging $400 an hour for this specific job. I wonder how much the technician recieved. No coupons, given no money back, no apologies. Just cold-hearted corporate “money grab” talk. Again, I am disappointed with Roto Rooter’s professionalism and pricing schedule. Be wary.

I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic plumber, Trey, to help with a clogged drain in my home. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. He quickly assessed the situation and determined that the clog was deep in the pipes. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and updated on his progress. After the blockage was removed, he thoroughly cleaned the area and even gave me some helpful tips on how to prevent clogs in the future. Overall, I cannot recommend Trey enough. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
I contacted the company about an issue I was having with my sub pump and a technician was at my house in less than 30 minutes. Seth Silvashy was very friendly and did a great job replacing my sub pump. I live in a wet area so a working sub pump is a must and it was reassuring to have such quick service. He also provided advice for maintenance on the system. I would definitely recommend him to others.
Kevin (with Roto-Rooter) did an incredible job. He was knowledgeable, professional and very thorough throughout the entirety of the job. The repair work was done in a timely fashion, but made sure that every detail was handled with expertise. If, when, I need to have any work done on this old house, I’d be happy to give him a call knowing the quality of the service we’ll be receiving. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a quality plumber.
