The tech came out at the time they said he would and he was very nice and professional. Talked me through everything he was doing to check for leaks and the actual issue (shower cartridge had gone bad). Got our shower up and running in about an hour and it works great! She lined up Aaron to come out to give me an estimate. Becky kept me apprised of his status and he arrived within an hour. I had a new water heater and hot water again by 1pm. Had a previous plumber out 2 months prior and they didn’t find the actual issue, just ran a snake and got through one place and stopped. The issue was diagnosed by Lakeshore Plumbing as the pipe was not connected to the sewer tap. Rocky described the issue(s) and what was most important to fix first and what could wait just a bit. I am writing this review because of my experience with technician Daniel W. Let me start by saying: Give this man a raise &/or a promotion!! I cannot say enough good things about him.
After an entire year of renovations, repairs and inspections we finally were able to rent our house. On the very day our tenant was moving in (the weekend no less) she notified me that the toilet was not working and there seemed to be a clog. I called the first result for emergency plumbers and didn’t think twice until after the service was initiated. I got very nervous when I went back and read reviews. So when Daniel called me to let me know the situation was a little more complicated than anticipated, I told him my concerns (we had some bad experiences while renovating and are a little jaded). Something about the way he explained things to me put me at ease.
I decided to trust him and his expertise and I’m glad I did. His assessment of the situation was spot on and he finished the job quickly and without trying to shake me down. He also took the time to explain in detail what might have caused it and what we could do to prevent it happening again.
I can only speak for my experience but it was a positive one. Daniel was knowledgeable, honest, understanding and patient with my questions. I won’t hesitate to use this company again.
