  2. I had to call Roto-Rooter for a cracked drain pipe that needed to be replaced urgently. While their pricing is on the high end, they were able to complete the job the same day and the tech, Qwayne was professional and polite. Despite the price tag I think it was worth the money to have it fixed and not have to worry about it anymore.

  4. We had a very positive and extremely professional experience with Mr. Caleb who took time out to fix our bursted pipes and fixed all the leaks over three days. He went over and above the call of duty. He is a kind hearted soul and very knowledgeable about his work. Today his colleague came to assist and his name is Mr. Devin, who also was very kind and helpful.

    Caleb is our angel who restored our water back. We had no water since Christmas night. I will highly recommend this company because of the efforts of Mr. Caleb and his colleague, Devon. This was a very positive experience for us.

  5. They were able to send someone out on the same day I called and my service person, Caleb worked diligently to detect the origen of my leak and then repair it. He was upfront regarding the cost of the work that was needed, so I knew what to expect.

    I received exceptional diagnosis and repair planning service from Matt Pitts followed by quality repairs by Chris Smiley. Their professional and courteous handling of my immediate and future questions on the plumbing needs for my home were very appreciated. They ended up addressing emergency repairs that would have been avoided had I accepted a recommended service quoted 18 months prior. These people know what they are talking about and make sure that the job is done to satisfaction. I also had Matt come back to install new shower trim that really elevated the look of my shower.

    I used Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Pittsburgh for emergency service at the business I work for and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I called at 4pm and explained that I had a clogged outside drain that had our car wash business closed. The dispatcher understood my issue and the urgency of it and had a technician there within an hour. Bryan Bell was my technician and he was great. He was very knowledgeable of his trade and was able to get our drain cleared quickly and efficiently. He clearly explained the process as he was going (I’m a maintenance technician so I like to know the details) and made sure I knew about the warranty on the service as well. Overall I was very happy with the response time and the service and will be using Mr. Rooter again if needed.

    We had Tyler out to inspect our basement bathroom’s drain. He was great. Personable, friendly, and funny. He was also empathetic and understanding when I became furious that we were paying $89 for him to stand over the drain and then quote us $$$$$ to inspect with the camera. I thought we were paying for him to camera inspect it to see what the prob was, and then give a quote if there was an issue. The call center was completely cold to my complaint, but he stayed til I was calmer, and by the end, we were laughing and telling stories. I would recommend Tyler in a heartbeat. Tyler gets 5 stars, Mr Rooter gets 1. Scott

    Mr. Rooter is the “man” for quick plumbing fixes. You can call 24/7 for emergency service. They are reliable and do quality work. Tyler was the service professional who came for my repair. He was great! He explained my options, broke down pricing, offered advice and was very friendly. He worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Mr. Rooter is one of the most trustworthy plumbing companies around -especially for unexpected, spontaneous plumbing issues that need to be resolved fast.

    My experience with South Side plumbing and heating has been 10 Star from scheduling to services rendered. All of the techs that addressed several difficult problems incurred from a recent ice storm were wonderful. Eli was the most recent tech at my home, he Quickly diagnosed a problem with my shower and calmly repaired it in record time. The techs work very efficiently and are all respectful and responsive to your concerns. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

    Jeremy was absolutely amazing to work with to fix our plumbing issues. We had another company assigned through our home warranty who had (likely intentionally) misdiagnosed our pipe leak and we were told they would need to open up our ceiling to find the leak. Thank god we got another opinion and made the switch to Southside Plumbing! Jeremy fixed our original issue in no time at all, which (as we thought) was not a concealed leak, he was honest, fair priced, and did excellent work. He saved our ceiling and our money! He even stayed to help me troubleshoot another issue I had suspected and was able to replace our pressure regulator in the same service call. We will be return customers and we have found our new plumbers!

    Cody and Neil were awesome. Made it on time and were able to unclog my drain and install a new garbage disposal in under 2 hours. Cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. Would recommend south side to any one as well as these two gentlemen. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

    We have used SSP+H for all our plumbing and heating needs since buying our house 5 years ago or so, and they were the plumbers the prior owners used too. We have always felt well attended to by their office staff and technicians, and though calling any professionals for service certainly makes a dent in the bank account, I’ve always felt their prices were fair and that they make an effort to present the most efficient options, helping to save on labor costs when possible. Most recently, Eli and his colleagues came out for what ended up being three days of service. He updated our plumbing to include vents in several locations and capped off old terracotta lines no longer in use. He also discovered and remedied a stubborn clog. Eli was very professional and good humored despite having to return several times, especially in frigid weather. He made a significant effort to explain every step to me and my husband, and answered all of our questions fully. He made recommendations for next steps, and was clear when some of my questions could be better answered by Bill in the office, who he was also staying in close contact with. Prior to this visit, Bill spent time with me over the phone reviewing photos and taking steps to diagnose the issue, which also helped us save a bit on costs. Great service from this business: highly recommend.
