  1. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Paid almost $800 and all they did was put Freon to fix my ac unit that wasn’t cooling under 80 degrees.Hours later it wasn’t cooling again so we called them again and all the 2nd guy did was put Freon again. Hours later again it was doing the same thing and he had told us something inside might be wrong with it blah blah. We ended up calling another company and this guy looked around and opened the unit inside he found out it was clogged with our cats hair. He cleaned it up and it was a simple fix. There was never a leak. My bill for this was NOTHING closed to what this company had charged us. All they had to do was open the unit inside and actually do their job. If it wasn’t for the different company I called my ac would still not be working and who know what other charges they would be pulling. I also called to complain and never heard back. I would never recommend this place unless you have money to throw away.

  2. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and compassionate to loan us 2 portable units while we wait for the install. Art was awesome! Install was on time and no issues with neighbors as well. Our place was a bit complicated but they were able to install smoothly. Though unit is a bit expensive compare to other vendor, hopefully the good service will continue to stand as a company. This is my first time using this vendor. Keep up the good work.

  3. We called Goettl to schedule their “rejuvenation” maintenance because of all their commercials about integrity and getting it done the right way. They rescheduled the appointment 3 times from July to August 31. They show up on Wednesday to do the rejuvenation and Ftiday Sept 2nd this is what happens to the power junction box. We have a newer home with no issues but after one visit from Goettl we now need an electrician and almost a fire truck. When we called them for emergency service the only thing they could tell us is sorry all our techs are unavailable ntil next Wednesday. They claimed a service manager would call, they didn’t. So it’s the hottest weekend of the year, triple digits, no service, and obviously not only do they not get the job done right but all the promotion and push to we could sell you a newer more efficient system and do have a home warranty was a prelude to the damage they inflicted. I would not trust these people nor purchase any products from them.

  4. I truly wish I could give them 0 stars. But I will say that I cannot ever recommend this service to anyone. If you want honest workers DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. They will simply try to upsell you on work that does not need to be done and then not complete the maintenance job because you tell them no to the upsell. I didn’t need a new duct system for $8800. Then when we had a real service come out they noticed that the people who worked on it last installed an override on the system to bypass the safety protocols of turning off and not over heating. So let me again say NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
    Attached is how dirty my unit was AFTER he did the “maintenance” as well as a picture of the bypass the put in to override the system.

    Alright, it’s been about 2 months since this happened and I feel it’s only fair that I alter my review of this company. Let me say, I have had daydreams about legitimately going to their property and handing out flyers to any possible customers to warn them about how absolutely horrible this company is. My landlords had decided to sign up for their monthly service plan of $14.99 a month. After the worker came out and didn’t do his job at all they decided to cancel this service, guess what…they still got charged this last month for something they had canceled. So they called and had asked to be reimbursed since they had canceled the service. They were told they would be contacted by management within 48 hours. Now, let’s fast forward to today, 3 and a half weeks later with absolutely no contact AND they still haven’t been reimbursed for the payment that this horrid company stole from them. My landlord contacts them and asks what is going on and why they haven’t been contacted and if they can talk to a manager right away. They were told that a manager would call them back within 2 hours. That was over 3 hours ago and seeing how it’s near closing time I’m assuming this joke of a business won’t get back to them anytime soon. Plus, I highly doubt they’ll ever return the money they stole from them.
    So let me say this. This company should close for good. If I could give them any less stars or any less of a rating I truly would. Unless you have an enemy in your life you truly loathe, never use this company or recommend them to anyone.

  5. What an amazing job!! The entire Goettl team was fantastic! Starting with Codey who visited to provide me an evaluation of my current system and provide me several options to improve my home. And the installation team was amazing as well…led by Andrew with the support of Geno and Seth. They were on time, polite, friendly and very clean! I recommend this company and team to anyone looking for HVAC services. Thank you Goettl team!

    They were called out because of a water leak. Charged me for a leak detection they couldn’t find exact place of pin leak. I was told leak was stopped and was given options to replace copper lines. Got mike diamond to come out for 2nd opinion and found out rotor rooter never capped leak like I was told. So for 3 days water continued to cause significant damage to my home. They never even shut off main line to stop excess damage to the house. When I called and complained Chris was very unprofessional, belittled me, said it was common practice at the company not to shut off main line if they are not contracted to do the work amongst other things. He seemed to side with his guy and blew off my questions and concerns. He really upset me when his guy said my wife said things that were false and incorrect. He said we were on different sides on the situation and to call him if I changed my view on the situation. At one point he said he would call me back because he had to hear the story from his guy first before he could make a decision. This was very disturbing and extremely unprofessional, no one should be treated this way especially customer service representing a major corporate company. I would never recommend them. After I made 2 complaints to corporate, my local branch kept calling me and harassing me. This is a bad look for rotor rooter. Not all people are this way but it sure reflects poorly on a company and leaves a bad taste in my mouth having people like that be the face of your company. I hope no one goes through a situation like mine.

    Overpriced for labor and no receipt provided for parts. Just to install shower fixtures, I was quoted $775 for labor and $235 for parts, when I know parts is less than $120. I felt ripped off and their $75 discount is useless because they overprice labor to make up for the $75 pretend discount. I don’t know why I couldn’t say bye after the quote. Obviously I’m not going to call Roto Rooter ever again. I learned my lesson.

    Great customer service and professional plumbers. If speed dial were still a thing, One Stop Plumbing would be in mine. Ryan installed the first toilet delivered and when it filled up, the tank leaked from a very fine fracture. The second delivered toilet was discovered to have a shattered base. The third delivery had to be refused because the deliveryman opened the box and discovered the tank was broken. As neither I nor the plumber was at fault, One Stop did not accept payment until the job was complete. I decided to cut out the middleman. I picked up the toilet I wanted at Ferguson’s and the next morning One Stop was there to install it. I held my breath until the installation was a success. I passed the 3 weeks of waiting by touching up walls, cleaning tile grout and painting baseboards!

    Using company for 8 plus years. Met the owner way back on 1st job he was very good! Like their boss each team that shows up arrives early, knows what their doing and delivers a good price for the job. Recently probably the 9 or tenth time OSP delivered again an outstanding experience which also includes the front office who gets my last second request scheduled asap and makes sure we agree 100% on the invoice items. Thank the whole team!

    I needed a new 75 gallon water heater installed into my garage. When I called them for a quote they asked me to text them a photo of my old heater. Minutes later I received a texted quote for the new heater including labor, parts and all code upgrades. They were more reasonable than another plumber I used in the past so I accepted their offer. They showed up the same day (a Saturday afternoon) and two guys installed the new heater in about 2 hours and I was up and running again with hot water in no time. They were professional, courteous and did a great job. The job-site was clean after completion as well. I would hire them again.

    The guy who came to my house was awesome. I would definitely 👍 use your services again when needed if Travis is available since I know what he is about, which getting exactly what I need done at the best price possible. He didn’t try to upsale or anything like that. You guys scored when you hired him.

    My compression angle valve that supplies water to toilet was leaking quite a bit. The tech came out within an hour or two after I called for service. The valve was a standard compression valve on a copper line. Instead of using a tool or puller to remove the ferrule he simply hack sawed the copper tube off behind the valve nut. It was quick but I lost a half inch of copper tube from the supply line, not good. Although the service was fast, and expensive, the technique was poor. Won’t use again.
