  Extremely long wait times for a haircut. Not sure why anyone would wait that long for one of the worst cuts I ever paid for my son to get. Immediately after I left we drove to great clips in Hanover to have it fixed. His bangs were not even close to being straight once his hair dried and his fade was completely uneven. For those kinda prices I was highly disappointed especially after I needed to pay another stylist to fix what we waited 2 hrs for.

  Totally fixed my hair that Great Clips butchered. They really know what they’re doing and are very experienced. They put a lot of attention into what you want done and are sure to leave no blurred lines. The MVP treatment is a very nice touch too. This chain is definitely going to be my go-to barber/stylist from now on.

  I took my son(14m) here, which my husband talked to the stylist about prior to bringing him in. The guy walked up and looked annoyed right away that it was for a child. Once he asked what we wanted done, he just kept looking and acting very irritated and annoyed that our child was looking at him…for his first haircut. I took my son out of there before any hair was cut. I’m not letting someone inexperienced and rude, do my sons hair. Very unprofessional, especially after they told us to bring him in.

  Martika was amazing! She was able to accommodate my daughter as a walk-in for a “fix up” haircut. A different salon ruined her hair the previous day after cutting off hair to be donated.   made an appointment over the phone she confirm all my information once I got there she claimed she tried contacting me giving me someone else’s information when I made the appointment with HER. I told her that’s very unprofessional she gave me a dirty look like ok “we can reschedule for another time” I schedule for today. Very unprofessional. Be aware your appointment might get cancel and won’t even be noticed till you go there and waste your time! Never going back there.

  First couple time I used them they were great, then I couldn’t get the girl that did my hair “ever”. Was like I was being passed off to the newcomers all the time, and I had to explain my style all over each time. Asked for color, had to go back and get it all taken out was too dark. Told girl not to touch bangs, before I knew it they were gone. I will never use this shop again, not very customer helpful.
