Never got a statement, then a WHOLE YEAR later we got one saying our account was delinquent. Apparently they send out text statements (?). We are a business that does not receive texts through our business phone number. No one called or left any voicemails to notify us of a statement either. - Reviews:Do not recommend. I own a business with a commercial A/C unit and they wrongfully diagnostic unit that would have costed me well over $8,000+. My unit wasn’t turning on or passing air when I turned it on so I gave them a try. Their technician ran a diagnostic and reported that my unit was not passing coolant and was beyond repair. Supposedly a deep cleaning can sometimes work and help turn it over or I have to buy a whole new unit. I ended up getting a second opinion with a different A/C service company and they literally fixed my unit with 30 minutes and had it pushing cool air through my vents. They reported that my coolant was working just fine and it was simply a fuse that was manually pulled from my unit which was odd to his finding. Adding on, he also mentioned that my unit was clean and no cleaning was needed. I have a dual thermostat system for this two-story house, and a just-barely-large-enough AC that they have kept running like a champ. Whoever comes is always prompt, professional, and genuinely nice. Approximately August 2022 I had a sprinkler repair done and they were on time and quick. So I decided this would be my go to company for future jobs. Fast forward to end of January 2023, scheduled an appt with two hr window for a possible sewer line blockage after two voicemails were left. No one showed up to the appt nor was I informed why that same day. Called and no one answered till the next day apologizing that they were overbooked. I responded to txts they sent to reschedule and again no response after. Been wasting days with clogged shower drains and toilet. Should have just told me straight up they can’t fit me into the schedule instead of dragging it out into the weekend. Thanks for the professionalism of customer communication and integrity.
There was a problem in my sewer line, I made an appointment with a plumber I used before, but he was a no show. But it actually turned out to be a blessing, because I contacted Valley Plumbing and I couldn’t be happier with the service. David G. was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
