They quickly cleared the problem then I asked them to clean the entire pipe. Probably 200’ from driveway to end of drain pipe. They used a high pressure power washer system. Water was full of mud and leaves for a bit then flowed clear. Should be a solution for many years. Technician Gerardo Rojas was very pleasant to speak with and professional. He listened to the issue at hand. He provided his honest thoughts and recommendation which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs services.
Our experience with Eddie was above and beyond. Beyond exceptional service and knowledge, I have never experienced such amazing service from any repair technicians. He was able to clear our clogged drain efficiently and gave us some amazing tips on how to keep our pipes running properly. He removed his shoes upon entering our home and wore a mask for the entire duration of his work. He was personable, friendly, and extremely helpful. We will be requesting him in the future if any future service needs.
Work was fine. People were great. However, 2400 to clear a plugged up sewer line was excessive. Apparently, they needed to get a high-pressure clean out tool Because They thought the line was plugged. Turned out the line they were trying to clear was not in use and not connected to the house. When they found the correct clean out there was no problem unplugging. Still, I was charged full price for the incorrect diagnosis of the problem.
The technicians where friendly and professional. My only concern is that after inspecting where the water leak was coming dripping into my kitchen ceiling and no pipe leak is found and actually the water was coming from the drain cap below the shower faucet. When the shower head is running, some water drip down into the opening of the drain cap and into the ceiling of my kitchen. The solution according to the technician is to tighten the screw on the drain cap below the faucet, put water sealer around drain cap and around the faucet to prevent the water to drip inside the open gap of the drain cap and replace one shower head. Estimated cost is $450.00 for the simple fix.I could have fix that myself but because I am 100% physically disabled veteran, I agree to have them do it to prevent anymore damage to my kitchen ceiling and complaint about the overprice for repair later. In my opinion the $450.00 to fix simple repair in less than an hour is excessive. Anyway, thank you for the service. What do you think. I would hire Roto Rooters again in the future but I expect fair pricing next time. Thank you.
