Explained what I thought was the problem and they told me they would be here at 10:30. They arrived a little early and even though they had other scheduled jobs, they worked on my plumbing issues for about 4hours. They were very professional and nice. They explained things to me as they went along. When the job was finished they cleaned up all the water on my floor. They even put new seals under both my commodes. The price was very reasonable for the hours they worked. I will highly recommend this company to my friends and family. - Reviews:I tried to get help from them with a water break and I paid the insurance claim. The company American Water Resources scheduled the appointment on Saturday. Monday I still have not heard from them and I called to confirm or create an appointment. The lady who answered the phone was rude and literally talked to me like I was bothering her. She would not give me any information and told me she would let was not sure if they were even going to take the claim. Then she rudely said WHERE ARE YOU EVEN CALLING FROM. I am fine with them being to busy to accept the claim, but she was the most unprofessional, terrible example of an employee or customer service rep I have ever dealt with. I am more than disappointed. I am offended and hope no one else gets this terrible treatment! That’s for 2 washers, 2 valve seats, 2 valve stems. Messed it up the first day. Came back second day and charged again for all the travel time, labor, etc. for what should have been fixed correctly the first time. We needed our new gas logs installed. B &B sent us their “gas logs guy”. We were amazed at how knowledgeable and proficient this team was. They did a great job! And taught us how to use our new log set. They also hauled off our old asbestos logs and the packaging materials. We have nothing but 5 star praise. Thank you!
Called them on September 27th and they sent someone out the same day and they inspected what I needed done. I called them again September 29th and was told they would contact Nathan who came to look at the job and see if he has the quote ready and they would call back. I called again on October 3rd and was told not necessarily rudely, but very bluntly that quotes take time to come up with. (Never heard of that before in my life. Max a week to give a quote). I was told they would call me when they have it ready. Here it is October 18th. Still no callback.
I called them for a water leak. I was not sure where it was. They told me that they would be there the next day. The next thing I know they where outside digging to find out where the the leak was. I would like to thank Brandon and Jake for a great job.
I called regarding a leak in my ceiling on a Saturday morning. I shortly received a call back and within an hour Jacob showed up and fixed the leak. Super fast service, very pleased.
