The team is helpful whenever you call and explain what you need help with or help fixing, they give you updates via text when your technician is going to arrive, and are kind. Randy, and also David, are the best! They both helped us with our heater and did a great job. HIGHLY recommend this company.

  3. I had my home’s heater repaired. The repairman, Randy from Magic Plumbing got the job done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I found the whole experience rather pleasant and would call them again if I had another issue with heating, plumbing or air conditioning.

Miguel and Victor did a great job replacing 9 water valves in my home and installing a bidet, they were diligent in making sure that everything worked well when they left and they were transparent about issues I might have down the line. They were professional and friendly as well. Dealing with Magic plumbing was incredibly easy, the estimates and the work were all delivered quickly and they were easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

  5. The Plumber, Chris, diagnosed the problem with my Toilet in a timely fashion & rechecked his repair several times to ensure my Toilet was operational for my family’s daily needs. The communication between the Main Office & Chris was superlative; which other companies should incorporate into their business. Poor communication has removed many companies from my Reliability List for services you want done correctly & being kept up to date with all the info available for the service being provided. Plumbing services are simply expensive, but it has to be completed correctly. My son is a Plumber, but too far away to help with repairs, so I know diagnostics are made & completed jobs are done correctly. I’d continue to recommend Magic Plumbing for all your Plumbing needs.

    My wall heater unit wasn’t working. I called Cabrillo and they were able to set me up for a technician evaluation in short notice. Robert was on time and very professional. Unfortunately my very old heating unit was irreparable, but Robert was able to quickly order a new unit and returned within a few days to install it. He and his partner came right on time and worked quickly and efficiently to install a new unit, which is working great. Would highly recommend their services.

    Cabrillo plumbing and heating came to look at my furnace. Frank the technician did a diagnostic of the furnace. Frank was very nice and knowledgeable. He found and said the furnace was not blowing hot air because of a circuit board that is bad. There was glitch on his tablet so he could not order the circuit board. He said to check my email in 20 minutes. Frank had to call the office to see what happened. I did call the office and the estimate was there in my email. I had to call Cabrillo and spoke to Sal and I confirmed the estimate and Sal sent the order of the circuit board to the order department. Sal will give me a email when the circuit board comes in. To schedule a come back appointment to install the circuit board. Hopefully it will come soon. Cold temperatures are not very fun. Cabrillo is a pretty organized company. I will review them more when the job is completed. Cabrillo came on Tuesday and they ordered the circuit board. Thursday December 1, 2022 Cabrillo called and said the part will be in today and they can install the circuit board Friday December 2, 2022. Frank was the same technician and installed the circuit board. The furnace now heats up perfectly. Cabrillo plumbing and heating is a great company it is my choice for heating. The whole staff is great very courteous who ever answers the phone and down to the technician. Excellent company

    I highly recommend Cabrillo. Frank and team were extremely professional and organized. I was looking to replace my gas furnace with a ductless mini-split heat pump system. My home in SF is complex (like many homes here), and several other installers tried to talk me out of getting a heat pump. Cabrillo is very forward looking and creative and understands that heat pumps are the future of HVAC. They also installed a heat pump water heater. My gas bill is gone and my electric bill is shockingly low. I’m very happy with the system, as well as the service.

    I appreciate the text updates for arrival times and photos of technicians with background info. Robert arrived exactly on time, scheduled a timely replacement of the 30 yr old wall heater and checked to make sure it was in stock. Cabrillo sends updates and was able to move the install date a week sooner. Installation was right on time, well within the given time window, cleaned up afterwards and made sure heater was working before they left. Installers went above and beyond to make sure all openings around exterior gas lines to the heater were closed off with sheet metal and caulk, even to the heater in another flat. Would definitely recommend.

    A failing water heater and Cabrillo was ready to step in immediately and diagnose the problem. Before moving to replace, Cabrillo thorough investigated to ensure the signs of leakage were not from exhaust draft issues. Ultimately it appeared to be a tank pinhole requiring heater replacement. Brian and Steve were highly efficient and professional, ready to handle all the components in the system that also required replacement. Back up and running in six hours. Bills in San Francisco are never modest, yet Cabrillo provides great value and the best professionals out there.

    I enjoyed working with Russ at Ace Plumbing who was punctual, courteous, and professional. I had a bathtub faucet that leaked. I contacted a different plumber initially who did not seem to know the brand of my faucet and didn’t inspire much confidence in me so I decided to try Ace Plumbing. Russ on the other hand, from experience, guessed the brand then researched the specs that evening and let me know exactly how to go about securing replacement parts, which would have been the cheapest option for me. It was easy to schedule a follow up appointment and address the leak. Russ also wore his mask and shoe covers the whole time which I appreciate. I will certainly use Ace again in the future.

    It was Sunday when I called and I was worried that no one would be available to replace my aging and leaking water heater. Then when I called, in less that 5 minutes they were able to locate someone who can do it who was nearby. Service was very stimulating with useful information on what are my options and the job was done in no time. I would highly recommend them to my network of friends who are homeowners. What was most important was the person assigned was super competent in serving special folks like me. He used the right pronouns and was so professional and respectful! Excellent!

    My kitchen sink had been draining slowly and then not draining at all. I thought my garbage disposal needed to be replace. I wasn’t sure what the problem was but was expecting the worse. I called Ace Plumbing and they were able to get someone out same day. Turned out that the problem was due to a p-trap under the sink that needed to be cleaned out. It’s was a simple fix!! Everything is back to normal!! I’ve had to call Ace Plumbing a couple times this year and they have never disappointed. I’ve had different plumbers from their company come out to my home and each time and each time received the same great service. They are professional and take care of what needs to be done to fix the problem at hand. They communicate and explain what they are going to do before they start to work and upfront with the cost of the service. Can’t ask for anymore than that. They are my go to plumber!!!

    I wanted to write a second review to recommend Ace plumbing particularly Franco and his crew. They saved us once again from another issue made by the prior plumber. Unfortunately our brand new toilets were not installed properly and as a result there was leaking coming from behind. Franco and his colleague came by removed, diagnosed the issue and fixed both of our toilets. They have been working great. I am very grateful that I found Ace and Franco as they are wonderful knowledgeable plumbers and just good people. Sadly, this is rare nowadays. Thank you again!!

    Great team over there from the dispatcher to the plumber, Kyle. They expediently got a replacement water heater installed when our in-laws were at our house. Kyle even came back to ensure that everything was secured to our liking. The only con is that there’s a premium price attached to the high quality service; we didn’t have time to shop around though. I’d still recommend them!
