    The cost was higher than I expected and higher than other competitors but I was in a jam with scheduling. The technician was excellent and patient. He explained everything he was doing along the way. No issues with the service or professionalism.

  3. Out door sewer clogged the Plummer took out about half a bag of roots in sewer pipe. I was grateful they came out as early as they could to get it done.

  4. I have clogged toilet sink, tried those commercial chemical unclogged but with no success. So I called Roto-Rooter, and they sent the Techician within an hour. John was friendly , explained need to be done and did a good job!!! He worked in a careful manner until he was able to removed the debris that clogged the sink, and now my sink is flowing well.This is the second time I had a very satisfactory experience with Roto Rooter , Mak was the ist technician . Your business is highly recommended ! Fast service to the rescue!

  5. The answering serice was quick and the visit reassuring. I was not overcharged and had a few options described to me that would each be effective.
    Kenny did the assessment and drain snake and cleanup, put 2 new caps on my trap. The old ones were never secured after a different plumbing company dealt with a clog after Xmas 2022. He suggested a camera survey of the pipe and an environmentally safe drain cleaner. He set up the sewage cleanup with Xavier who negotiated with my house insurance to cover the damage.
    The cleanup team, Jason and 2 others, came at 9e.30 am and were done by 6. I could hear them working the whole time-they clearly enjoys each others company too which is a plus. 2 days with their giant fans and

    I called Flowtechs Plumbing early in the morning because of a potential gas leak around our dryer. Johnnie arrived a few hours later and immediately assessed the situation, confirmed no gas leak from the line and then recommended replacing the vent hose given the very poor condition of the current one. We then took Johnnie through the house to discuss other plumbing issues we had including fixing a leaky tub faucet and a toilet that was not flushing to full capacity. Johnnie was an incredible technician with the ultimate customer service attitude. He took the time to explain situations, recommendations and listened patiently to our questions before answering them. I have never had such a positive experience with plumbing professionals. This experience has made us permanent Flowtech customers for as long as we live in the area.

    Came to my building to fix a gas issue. Gas issue was fixed and they were helpful in that sense. However, they broke my stove when pulling it out to service the gas line. Kept being told “we will fix it on our next visit.” Was never adequately fixed and did not return subsequent phone calls. Very disappointed

    I reached out to FloTech after a brief google/Angi search for reliable plumbers in the area. Needed some rather urgent help to replace a leaking water heater. The office manager was super responsive and I was able to email photos of our existing set-up to Josh who emailed me a quote back within 24 hrs. Nice to avoid the “consultation” appointment. Got scheduled for the replacement the next day! Team that did the job were professional and worked clean. Definitely a recommend 👍
