Branden is professional and straight forward with the project (cost, labor, materials). He replaced and installed the new shower faucet in a timely manner and was helpful in identifying leaks in the basement and gave his expertise. Branden recommended to contact septic cleaning services to resolve the leak flowing from below the toliet as the septic tank was full. After the leaking shower project was complete, Branden inspected and tightened a few loose pipe valves in the basement located beneath the shower unit to ensure no leaks were present due to the leak. Because of Branden’s knowledge and experience, 3 different leaks in the house were fixed. I highly recommend anyone in need of plumbing services to use A&B Plumbing. Branden responded super fast via phone, set a time frame, called ahead of time in a beautiful box truck that he had stocked with everything he’d need. He made the repair and guaranteed the tank for a year. Even more, because of the deadly winter weather all across America, he prioritized elderly and emergencies and worked through these conditions. - Reviews:had a blocked kitchen sink. Michael came in an proceeded to eliminate the blockage and noticed that the pipe components, including the ‘shank’ that came from the sink drain to the pipes was not properly fitted. We had that replaced along with some new PVC pipes that had missing threads. Now the underneath part of the sink is working properly. Thank you, Michael. I was extremely pleased with our service from Jonathan and Jeffrey. They worked diligently to get the mess cleaned up and the demo complete for repair. They went above and beyond and had compassion getting us through this unfortunate experience. I can highly recommend their work.
My only complaint is the Roto-Rooter plumber working on repairing the damaged drain, separate from Johnathan and Jeffrey’s work, could have done a better job communicating and letting us know when he changed the date for repair and the new time. We received that information indirectly. While he did good work on repairing the drain, he could have been more professional and courteous by keeping us informed about his changing schedule.
Josh was very professional and did a great job. He explained everything and gave me options before doing any work. He went out of his way to get the job done right. He was pleasant and helpful and got the job done in one day.
We couldn’t have ask for a more professional team. Jacob, Josh, and Chan worked diligently to replace the plumbing of our failed sewer system. My SOS got immediate response, and each Roto-Rooter crew team stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. AND the best part is that when our family arrives for the holidays, we won’t have to worry about a backup. I would highly recommend this company and team to anyone. They proved that they can handle it all!
Dustin Brown was the technician’s name and he was great. I had an outside waterline break and he came in and took care of it like a champ. He gave me all the information that I needed and was always prompt and professional. He is a true asset to this company and I hope they realize that. I was thinking that being a big corporation they would send out someone who couldn’t care less but he was quite the opposite. A true professional and I highly recommend using them solely for his professionalism.
I am very impressed with the service. I had a backup on Sunday evening and did not have to wait long at all for someone to come. Jacob with Roto Rooter is amazing!! Ended up needing to replace my sewer line due to tree roots. He was so kind, honest, hard working and professional and made sure the job was completely completed the very next day!
