  1. Two weeks ago my water heater broke and leaked water everywhere in my garage. Went on Google and decided to call Bob the Plumber based on all the five star reviews. The customer service rep who helped me was very nice and accommodating. Was able to make a next day appointment. Matthew the tech was very nice, punctual, and knowledgeable. He let me know that my water heater needed to be replaced. He went over the prices, and was able to swap it out the same day. Thank you to Matthew and Bob the Plumber. I will be using the company for any other needs in the future.

  3. My fiancé and I purchased our home a just moved in a few days ago. 3 days after moving in we noticed the tubs were draining slow then started to back up. We contacted our home warranty 😤 and it took them 3 days to send a plumber.

    Today Ric from Bob The Plumber came out. We explained the issue and he got right to work! Ric was able to determine something was suck in the line. After multiple attempts of trying the snake he wasn’t successful, but was determined to fix the plumber. Rickey and Jason came to assist and still had some trouble, but after all their hard work the problem was fixed!!

    These gentlemen were extremely professional and we appreciate their work!!

  4. I am very glad to have found out about Bob the Plumber. I had a main line water leak in our front yard. I thought is was going to cost a lot of money to fix. But, Bob the plumber was able to send out Brian the same day and it was fixed in under an hour. Highly recommend Bob and his company!

  5. Absolutely AMAZING service! Originally had appointment for water heater installation, two days before the appointment I noticed water on my kitchen floor, I called in full panic mode because my home warranty could not send somebody out for another two days? The moment BRIAN arrived he instantly put me at ease . After a dectecting I had a main water line break he made one call and Within the hour a restoration team was in my home starting the drying process. THAT IS SERVICE!! Brian was empathetic, and very patient with all of the questions that I had, AND he help me get my insurance claim started, as well as explaining the process. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for all of my future plumbing needs. Thank you for having BRIAN on your team!!!

    On Black Friday (11/26/21), my wife and I were just getting ready to go shopping when she noticed that our water heater was leaking water. It had a catastrophic failure and it had to be replaced so I checked online reviews and made some phone calls. Most either didn’t answer or told me it would be several days until they could come to my home to replace the water heater. I called Pacific Valley Plumbing and Ricardo answered the phone right away. Ricardo said he could come later that day and he arrived in a timely manner (In the future he probably won’t be able to respond so fast because I can see him getting fully booked once his business grows more). Ricardo is a licensed plumber that uses his expertise and high quality tools to get the job done right the first time. He first uninstalled the old water heater and cleaned up a bit and then installed the new water heater. He had to add a drain line because the old water heater didn’t have one (our home inspector had said the same thing 2 years ago but we never bothered to get it fixed). I am super curious about home improvement and have been an avid fan of “This Old House” so I know enough to know that Ricardo completed the job right and followed the proper codes. I was so impressed by his work that I immediately asked him to help me with another plumbing issue. The house came with this ancient water softener system that I wanted removed since the day we bought the house. Ricardo removed the old system and the old pipes and then soldered the copper pipes together. This might have been a simple task for him but it greatly benefited me because I got more storage in my garage and my water pressure increased! Before I let him go I also asked him about a shower remodel since our home has those old school valves that don’t have any scalding protection. He cleaned up everything and he left me with some very nice business cards. I will personally be recommending him to my friends and family. Thanks Ricardo!

    We needed a whole new sink set up so we called PVP and they were able to squeeze us in same day. Ricardo was honest and gave us an accurate estimate over the phone. His estimate ended up being very close to the amount we paid, which is always good. We felt it was reasonable for the work being done. Martin competed the job in about an hour an half and we have a sink again! We definitely would use PVP again.

    Well, we had a crazy morning at 6am finding out our water heater was gushing water out and had to shut the water off to the house. I called PVP plumbing to help us out with this issue, and Ricardo (Owner/Tech) heard the stress in my voice and made it a point to get out to me as fast as possible. Once he assess the situation, he advised us that the water heater needed replacement and told me he would get at least the cold water going for us while we waited for the water heater to be installed. Ricardo had another client he had previously scheduled that he had to take care of and reassured me he could come right back later that night to install our new water heater. Needless to say he kept his word and took care of us as if we were his own family, and made sure we had hot water that very night. Thank you Ricardo for helping us out and having our hot water running that very same day! I will definitely use PVP plumbing for all of our future plumbing issues. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Nick saved the DAY! I was notified by a neighbor of a massive leak at my house. Nick came out almost immediately, got the leak stopped and was even able to run water to the house while the repairs were being made. He found out during inspection the plumbing was run incorrectly. He not only fixed the leak but also took some preventative measure’s to prevent a repeat incident in the not so distant future. I found this very professional and intelligent.     I had a drain blockage and this was my first experience with a plumbing issue in my house. Originally I went through my home insurance and they sent me a company who came out and told me, “he would not price gauge me so don’t worry.” Whenever people say that you can be sure that is exactly what they will do. Sure enough, he told me there was “no way” to access the blockage because my pipes were not done correctly in my house. Because he wrote on the assessment that it wasn’t done correctly insurance wouldn’t cover it. The other company gave me an estimate of $2400! I immediately called Best Plumbing to get a second opinion. They did find a way to access the drain, unclogged it, and cleaned up! I was blown away! The first company claimed they would have to dig down and “crack my pipes” to gain access to the blockage and it would take all day to repair to the tune of $2400. Best Plumbing gained access, DID NOT crack pipes, cleaned up after the mess the blockage caused and it was a fraction of the original estimate I received from the first company. The even fixed my garbage disposal which we uncovered had an issue while they were there. He also showed Me how to do it myself if it ever happened again. I am so greatful to Best Plumbing and their staff and I highly recommend them!

    I had been living without hot water on demand because I moved in to a house with a tankless heater and assumed that was normal! Letting the water run for 3-5 mins to get hot water! One call to Best plumbing and they assured me that the recirculating feature was a simple and easy fix and super cost efficient!
