  2. I am Md Rahman. I have been living in this building since 2015. The current Manager, Haider Ahmed, is one of the best managers in this property. He is an amazing person. His behavior is excellent .He always responds very quickly to all my requests. I really appreciate his work, manner, personality and professionalism. I am so grateful to him. In addition, I’d like to thank manager Haider Ahmed and the assistant manager Fabio and maintenance manager Manual for their excellent job.

  5. I have been on this property for 8 years. Mr. Haider is very professional and accommodating and always patient and treated us with a respect. He set rules and keep discipline on our building, it’s cleaner and more quieter than before.

    Moving in was pretty easy. Claudia did an amazing job getting me situated into my new apartment. I’m extremely pleased with the service of the technician’s, Able & Elvis have done a great job making sure that my home was to my standards. Claudia has gone above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I am so excited and happy to live in this friendly community. Stephany helped me out and was responsive with the service request. I love this community! I also look forward to living here for a long period time.

    I have been here a year now, and it’s been very refreshing. Every member of the building staff is friendly and respectful. Claudia at the leasing office, always has a smile on her face. She’s full of good energy, and always greets you. Any issues I had, always was resolved in a timely manner and I always felt heard and taken care of. Stephany the community manager is very lively, and stays on top of things. She’s very easy to talk to and attentive. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else, good people and good location.

    I’ve lived here for a year now and this building is one of Clarendon’s best kept secrets. Claudia is the BEST. Period. You will never have a kinder and more enthusiastic leasing agent and resident support staff. Vpoint is also one of the most affordable complexes in the downtown Arlington area. It may not have all the amenities of some fancier apartments, but if you’re the type that doesn’t need all the extra stuff then this is a great place to live. My only qualm is that there is no staff in the building on weekends, which can make package delivery or maintenance issues bothersome. This also means you cannot move in/out on weekends. You also can’t buzz the lobby door and elevator for visitors from your apartment. If you can live with that, then I couldn’t recommend this place enough. There’s a reason the units are so difficult to get when they open up.

    Have nothing but great things to say about VPoint and their leasing office! I really appreciate them especially Claudia for going above and beyond with the whole move-in process. Very professional and friendly! Maintenance team is also very responsive, unit and building overall is clean and I feel safe living here!

    This was my first apartment on my own as an adult. I moved into a studio unit back in 2020. The lease office was very professional during this process. Once I moved in I rarely had any complaints with my unit. When I did have a complaint, the maintenance team was very quick to respond to a work order. I also felt safe with the control access of the building. In addition, the apartment is in a good neighborhood and only minutes away from Pentagon City Mall and Washington D.C. Over time the building begins to show its age. The walls in my unit begin to crack and paint begins to peel. Both garage doors are broken due to residents running into them. In conclusion, my overall experience at Gilliam Place Apartment was good.

    One of the excellent management team I have ever seen. Building manager, Assistant Manager Rashida and maintenance service staff and cleaning staff are all friendly and helpful. Rashida is one of the most wonderful leasing staff member. Doesn’t hesitate to help out residents if need anything. She Always talks politely and responds in timely manner. Our community room and APAH staff is amazing as well. Kids Teacher who comes to building weekly is doing tremendous job keeping kids happy. Overall excellent place to live. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to lease here.

    Just wanted to leave another review on here. This place was definitely a nice and quiet apartment compared to other apartments in Arlington that are cheaply built. The office staff here treats everyone with respect and always are willing to help. Living around this area with rent prices as high as they are arlington county did a great thing by having this apartment built. Having moved to avalon sq from here I regret it every minute. Just a quick heads up for anyone that’s interested in Gilliam Place you’re going to love living here. People in the building are nice as well and friendly.

    Apartment manager Ms. Katie Evans is excellent person. Extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and satisfied. Went to office this evening regarding rent related stuff and was answered friendly and politely. Other staff members including Karen are also very helpful. Thank you for your great service.
