  1. While Mario had good intentions, the next day seemed as if he hadn’t been here. Water ran from the shower ceiling just as before he arrived also the rust was removed from the floor but not all of it from the wall. Initially I was praising them for a job well done, unfortunately that was short lived. Please send them back.

  2. This is a fantastic place to retire. Many Christian folk. Different nationalities, and the staff is great! You can take a dip at the pool have a barbecue under the tree’s, exercise with everything needed, go watch a movie when the theater is open, get yourself some fresh coffee and relax.Come by and visit. It’s like living in a forest environment. I recommend Nolen Grand. Hard efforts and hard work getting the job done. I highly recommend this place, it’s home sweet home!
    Requested a maintenance ticket they came out and fixed it all. Very fast!

  3. My maintenance request was done in an acceptable time frame. I have no problem with maintenance so far it is other situations that I have a problem with. Discontinuing trash pick up for seniors but your rent is raised to the ceiling. Trash pick up was a incentive for me to move into a senior living apartment. Parking is an issue because anyone can park up under covered parking that use to be for residents only and all ages live here now including grown kids that I am sure are not on the lease taking up all the parking space. They have no respect for seniors that live here but I will put that on the parent that raised them. In my opinion they are no longer senior living apartments.

  4. I found these apartments on Google For my dad he is 64. This is the best senior citizen living apartments ever, if you want your parents to be somewhere safe but also still able to live on their own, without having to worry about anything, then this is the place for you to pick, I called they amaze on the first ring, set an appointment, told the lady my situation, she helped me so much, I was late 15 minutes, and she still seen me & helped my father got us approved in less than 2 weeks! My dad loves the space. He loves the design, and they have elevators for all 3 floors that your parents won’t have to walk down the stairs.

  5. Apartments are improving with customer services. Calls are being handled approximately. Problem currently is increase in rent many or moving, but that’s due to the market currently. Hopefully, more updates to property along with managing parking and keeping areas clear of trash. Insuring property is a place for seniors to feel safe. Maintenance is handling calls in a timely manner. There are onsite activities for residents offered, hopefully, pool will open this year. Overall things have improved with new management.

    This place is not a good place for elderly’s to live. You can’t get in the building, They have to come downstairs to let you in because it’s not even a Code Box outside the door. They only use fobs to get in. And I think that’s pathetic, my mother can’t get around that well, my sister have to be there with her to let anyone in after 5. Oh I didn’t mention it is Roach infested, And they don’t exterminate often My sisters and I have to do this for my mother.

    I have had a gnat infestation since I moved in , in April and can’t get rid of it. the management has sent the exterminator over twice.. “Still have gnats.!!!! Now this dang place is saying that the swimming pool will “ONLY’ be open during office (their) working hours! it not fair to the residents that live here and are still required to work… If I would have known this I would have not moved here !

    It’s like a resort over here. The floor plans are immaculate. Two of my sister’s are getting ready to move over here. The rent is kind of steep, but it’s worth the price. Thumbs up to Tamika for being an awesome leasing agent.

    I would like to say, I have lived at The Oaks of Hampton for over a year and half. The ladies that they have in the office now are the greatest. Ms. Cynthia, Ms. Becky and the other lady at the front desk does a great job with us. They listen to what you need and fixes it rate away. Ms. Cynthia has had the maintain clean up the buildings and our picnics areas too. They are very nice to use all. Ms. Cynthia has even done a walk through our apartments to see what needs to be fixed with the maintain worker. I give them 5 stars wish I could give them 100 stars. They are the best!!!!.

    DON’T SIGN HERE! June 1 Didn’t receive a mail key upon move in. Was promised on at least 5 occasions they would have one for me the next time I stopped in. I went to the office and finally demanded I get a mail key after living here over a month. They went in the back and got one. Like they had one the whole time but didn’t want to give it to me. We also asked for maintenance to fix our dishwasher which we were told was a low priority task and that it would be done when they could get to it. *It’s now December and they still haven’t fixed our dishwasher. August 11 DO NOT SIGN HERE! We received a notice that fines are being imposed on ALL residents based on the “actions of the community”. In other words, management are imposing fines for things that other residents are doing that are in violation of the rules. AGAIN, DO NOT LIVE HERE! October 24 There’s more. My car was towed today even though I had the parking sticker I was supposed to have. Management was unwilling to help. I had to call multiple times, being promised the manager would call me back, but she never did. DON’T LIVE HERE! October-November Each building in the complex shared a water heater. Our building’s water heater went out every other weekend through October and November. It took them 3-5 days to fix it each time it went out. November 1 For 5 months they had been charging us certain utilities that our lease explicitly said we would not have to pay. When we took it to management they refused to do anything about it. They only returned our money when we finally threatened to taken them to small claims over it (because they knew they were in the wrong). November 30 When we moved in we were told we had to pay a $500 deposit in addition to the initial $300 deposit due to my wife’s poor credit. Turns out they didn’t put that in their records and now we’re out $500. When we went to the manager with emails and bank statements to prove we paid the $500 dollars she said there was nothing they could do. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE ROTTEN PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.
