  1. Staff is very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions that I had and gave me a tour of the entire apartment complex. Very nice and clean apartments, along with the outside as well. Manager was extremely welcoming and courteous to me and my family. I had the best experience there thanks to the staff.

  3. Went looking for an apartment because my aunt lives there and loves it there. I like that there is parking permits for residents to keep everything organized and safe. Was impressed with how clean the property was on the outside and especially impressed with the apartment that was shown to me. The office staff is extremely friendly and answered all my questions that I had regarding pricing, policies, and amenities. The manager Julie was incredible and very welcoming towards me and my family. By far the nicest experience I had in this city whilst looking for an apartment. Thank you for the excellent experience I had there.

  4. Went looking to apply with my 3 kids for a new apartment. I was amazed with how we were treated and we loved the office managers professionalism. She gave my kids snacks to keep them occupied while she explained the application process. Office was extremely clean and loved the aroma.   5. my mom and myself live here about 2 years …office staff is excellent, Ms. juile is a great lady very respectful. Parking is very organized that no illegal parking is permitted .

    Calli Village apartments is a great place to live, more so because of Karla (property manager) and maintenance (very respectful staff). I can genuinely say that I do not feel “stuck with a contract” whatsoever, I feel happy, safe and even heard. When I’ve had little things like changing a light bulb and I tell Karla she send someone that same day and maintenance cheerfully helps me. They also clean the pool and cut the grass every single week! Laundry location is super CLEAN and very up-to-date. They have plenty of parking (almost always there are empty spots everywhere). They are extremely pet friendly, almost everyone here has either a cat or dog and we all get along just fine! I would definitely recommend living at Calli Village because the apartments are new (built in 2016), rent is very reasonable, extremely clean, very well maintained and most importantly management is genuinely ran by a good person that cares about the property and their tenants.

    These have been by far the best apartments! Karla (the manager) will respond to any texts ASAP even more so if it is an emergency. If you happen to have a call after hours, customer service will answer and pass on the message asap. You have 24 hr. surveillance and the security is a constable that lives on the property. This is the safest apartment complex I have lived in. They have people that cut the grass every 1 or 2 weeks, the pool gets cleaned often (you can tell because they use the same company and that truck is there.) With prices going up everywhere you cannot expect any less and they always work with their tenants. Our family has been here for 4 years and we have no complaints. Every time we need maintenance, a work order is put in, and he comes in ASAP. May I add, that they have pest control come in every month at no cost to you the tenant. They give you free filters and well obviously you have to pick up after your own pet, but aside from that, they don’t have a breed restriction. I can not recommend this place enough.

    If you love to have your rent raised and want your pets feeling hidden, look no further! ❤️ Karla will make sure that your rent goes higher and when you don’t agree with her, she’ll go behind your property and mess up your a/c on a Friday before she leaves for the weekend so you have to wait until Monday to not have your apartment in burning degree weather. ❤️‍🔥 Oh and that pool is rarely cleaned if you get to go in there. Worst place to rent at because it’s always at their convenience if you’re wondering why there’s always vacancy. Oh and if anything ever happens that you need to have investigated, don’t worry, she’ll conveniently not have any way to help you.

    Really recommend Calli Village! Management is great, answer to request promptly, super nice, and very dedicated to keeping the area clean and safe!! Thank you Calli Village for giving us the opportunity to make some great memories for our children and for giving us a great experience for our first time at renting!

    I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The atmosphere is nice and the workers and staff make you feel very comfortable. Pauline at the front is always available to assist you, and Leonel aka Lonnie (the maintenance lead) is the most efficient human being I’ve ever met. I swear that he has clones of himself running around everywhere since I constantly see him all over property. Today my AC broke, I submitted my service request online and he showed up at my door within 20 minutes. He fixed the problem shortly afterward. It was truly incredible. They truly care about you here.

    Las Palmas was my husband and I’s first home together, and to this day we still think fondly of it. We lived there for about a year and a half before employment opportunities took us elsewhere. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Maintenance is top notch, and for an older apartment, we had much fewer problems than expected. Loved our time there. It is such a honey space. I highly recommend it here.

    I have had an unacceptable experience with Las Palmas in my first month here. I moved in, and the apartment was not cleaned/prepared from the previous tenant. There was a garbage can from housecleaning indicating some cleaning ongoing at some point, but dirt all over the hardwood floors. There were no stovetops. There was no microwave. There were holes in a cabinet where a microwave once was. The dryer was broken. The dishwasher was broken. They gave me the wrong keys. It has been a month and they have now replaced the keys, done a poor job cleaning the floors (I had to clean over them, scrubbing out issues from previous tenant), installed a microwave and stovetop. They have not fixed the holes in the cabinet. They just cleaned the pipes of the dryer to attempt to improve it’s function, and they littered lint ALL OVER the living room doing it – that was the last straw. I already spent time cleaning once when I moved in because the apartment wasn’t clean, now I have to clean after the management another time! The maintenance gentleman is very nice but it appears he is significantly overworked If considering moving in here I would double and triple check that they have prepared your apartment for move in

Pauline was attentive to my particular needs, informative, friendly and provided comprehensive answers to each of my questions.     I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Las Palmas. I’ve been living here for a while, and I’m currently moving out. From management, Sonia, to maintenance, Lonnie. They have truly been fantastic and always out did themselves. We will definitely miss living at Las Palmas, but we’re thankful how wonderful the staff has made our experience while we were living here. We highly recommend living here!
