What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Great place to come watch and play baseball. A mix of dirt and turf fields. Expect to pay $8 per person for the day. Coolers are allowed. You can buy food from their consession stand.

  2. We got field 11 3 times for a tournament and it was awful grass with the ball bouncing strangely in the infield and outfield. Be sure to get in front of the ball, if you even can. They really need to change this field to turf like the others. Plus one side of the field had a broken canopy over the stands and patents had to scramble out of the way. They also need tall nets on the parking lot side, because there were so many foul balls going over the regular fence, I saw one cat get damaged, and lots of balls lost over a razer wire fenced off wilderness. Everything else is fine about the facility. Yellowjackets are plentiful, so bring your EpiPen!

  3. I was shocked and dismayed to pay $20 to park at this baseball field. Our grandson plays in little league tournaments from Beaumont to Katy and none of them charge to park your car let alone $20! A two day tournament is $40? You got to be kidding. There must have been 1000 cars parked in your lot on Saturday and Sunday, April 15 and 16. If you average $15 per car that’s $30,000 per weekend in parking revenue! Add in the high priced food and drinks and the weekend revenue is huge. Why do you have to gouge on the parking?
My wife and I are retired grandparents on a fixed income. Can’t you offer a senior citizen ( 70+) discount so us old folks can enjoy watching our grandkids play ball? How about setting a fee of $5 per car for old folks? We don’t mind showing an ID. Unless you find a way to give us old folks a break we will have to skip tournaments at baseball USA. 🙁

  4. Here for a tournament so we decided to hit in the cages inside the Marrucci building on Saturday and then again on Sunday. $30 dollars 30 minutes. That’s cool I get it. Only thing is on Sunday my 9 year and myself decided to look at gloves. We actually found a nice one. We all know good gloves don’t come cheap. We decided to purchase the glove. I asked the counter girl if we purchased the expensive glove could we hit in cage for free for 30 minutes. Her reply was NO it’s against policy. Wow what a nice way to keep me coming back. The cage area was practically empty. Do better Marucci. Super disappointed. Hey even a discount for cages would of been nice.

  5. Average fields with average food. Nothing special about this park. Also, paid at a different park already this morning. They moved our final 2 games to BBUSA and we have to pay again, for the same day and same tournament. That is silly. To wrap it up, the parking is horrible.

We drove an hour to come here for my son to get some practice in. They allowed us to come in even right before they closed. The owner was helpful and unbelievably kind. The instructor named Frank was very helpful and uplifted my son to make good choices and shared many kind, Positive and encouraging words with him. Most definitely will be back!! Thanks a lot!!!

D-Bat has a great facility and ample space for a great experience. We loved the ease of the cages and they were helpful to give us a private cage when it wasn’t in use for being a Platinum member. The prices are super fair and well worth it. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the best experience. Our son (7 y/o) went to a few day camps at D-Bat which were mostly great. But on his last day, which only had 9 kids, one of the coaches yelled at the kids after making a mess with their lunch and made them bust out the brooms to clean it up. With proper supervision, I believe the mess could have been prevented before it happened and the aftermath was unnecessary. And while the camps promote “all aspects”of baseball, my son reported they mostly played dodgeball and kickball. I got the feeling I was paying for fun babysitting after a few camps – so the price wasn’t justified. After seeing our attendance (which was decreasing over time) and the less than stellar service, I canceled and reported my concerns. They did not apologize nor ask questions about it. I know this can be a great place, but a few incidents left a bad taste in my mouth.

I celebrated my son’s birthday party here and he had so much fun! Staff was super nice and helpful! My only advice if you throw a party here is to keep it super practical cuz they only give you 2 hrs for everything and trust me it goes by super fast and if you take longer they could start charging you extra! I wish they would do it for 3 hrs instead of 2 hrs! But overall it was an amazing experience for my son and I will definitely be hosting more parties here! All the boys had lots of fun!

Great batting cages, super friendly staff. I go there like once a week load my card and hit till I can’t feel my arms. Best time to go is the morning or midday the later you go the more busy. Great selection of bats and gloves as well. I’ve heard of the military discount from a friend but personally do not use it so I recommend trying that out. 10/10

Great setup with friendly staff, cage 1 with a projector showing pitcher releasing ball as machine throws it. Variable pitch speeds and locations to hone in on offspeed or fastball timing. Make it a point to visit and support local business!
