  1. Wish I could Give Zero Stars Haven’t seen this since Covid The worker seem To Not Want People Here Today This Is Sad . Kids can’t Play InThe Gym The Pool Is Always Closed Every Weekend. The Workers Always Trying To Throw People Out Like It’s There Park. The bridge Is Close. Workers Seem Like There Want To Just Sit Around Trees Weeds Need To Be Cut . Don’t Want The Kids In The Football Field. Maybe The Park Should Pay Workers Who Like To See People Enjoy The Park Not Just For Fishing Tournament are For Games Are For Parties That You Have To Pay For.

  3. Joe W. Brown park is a large diverse park complex with something to offer for all park goers. Walking/Running paths, exercise parks, playgrounds, bathrooms, sports fileds. Well designed and well kept, this is the local park of choice for your activity needs.

  4. And absolutely beautiful park with all the amenities that you need! The walking trails are beautiful and well-kept. Extremely clean bathrooms, and all areas of the park removed. We visited the park several times while staying in New Orleans. If you’re looking for sports events, looking to exercise, or just want a leisurely walk, a day of kayaking or fishing, then this is the place.

  5. I went there at 6:40 a.m. and it was nice and cool little breeze blowing. And you have to feel the safety of the park being as in a police station is right there beside it.

    Terrific playground. Beautiful field for the young and great accommodations for the spectators. The young are #1 here and sportsmanship is the name of the game.

    Fun place to take kids for batting practice. Never been before. They provide bats and helmets and you can get batting! Bring your batting gloves! There are a few ways to practice. A field, a video game attached to a batting cage, and regular batting cages. Our first time here. Staff was nice but not particularly helpful. We were shown how everything works by another customer, not the staff. They were watching.. can you guess? Baseball at the desk. We will definitely go again. It was fun.

    The owner has a serious problem. He must think he is entitled. And don’t have to talk with customers and can send what he calls his workers. That place is ran down and carpet dirty. And equipment in dying need of update. You have to go work when you get there batting cages full of balls. And the people at the front desk are Just sitting in there chairs. I have pictures and will post all over social media. Since your so entitled and can’t come talk like a man.

    Had a birthday party there this weekend and everything was COMPLETELY unorganized! The coordinator was in no hurry to get our party started I had to stop him from eating his pizza to start our party. He also made excuses as to why we couldn’t play certain games that were already planned to be played. My husband had to officiate some of the games so our time wasn’t a total waste there. The employee also cursed out my children. After speaking to the manager Amanda, I was told he was fired and she was very apologetic for how things went down however she offered to credit me back for 4 pitchers of refills of drinks that I NEVER AUTHORIZED in the first place! After all of that I got a total of $24 back on a $300+ party that I had to do everything for and had my children cursed at. Completely unacceptable and I won’t be returning here!

    Just went for the batting cages. One was all but broken but the rest worked fine. A little steep for $2.50 for 18 pitches. If you get a $75 monthly membership ($100 for a family of 5), the cage cost $1.50 for 18 balls/pitches. Haven’t done the math on that yet so I’m not so sure that’s a good deal for us. But you’re needs/wants may differ.

    Attended a kids birthday party here. Very cool about the big open spaces for the kids to run around in while still being contained to certain areas via the netting on each field. Really allows the kids to run around and play without having to worry about them. The space was big enough that they had a bounce house and a large inflatable slide with plenty more room for the kids. The provided food was ok, but the staff was excellent in their timeliness and catering of the event. Will be seeking this place out for ourselves for our kids birthdays in the future.
