The hygienist did a good job and the dentist was thorough. They also cleaned and adjusted my bite guard, which I really appreciated!! ❤️ ❤️ The one piece of feedback I would give is that their automated system sends out too many text message reminders about your appointment. One of them is a bit snippy talking about a $50 fee if I miss my appointment. Just a small detail, but didn’t effect my service… just tainted my impression a bit before my appointment. - Reviews:Had severe wisdom tooth pain on a Friday evening. Went in around 7:30 and was out at 9 sharp with four less wisdom teeth. Amazing service. Probably the best experience I’ve had at a dental office. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Made me very comfortable during the procedure even when I started crying after the first pull. 10/10, would recommend to anyone. Also super affordable without insurance. 10/10 RECOMMEND! I came in having severe jaw pain and they were extremely kind and helpful l! They treated me the same day and worked with me and my budget to come up with a plan to save my teeth. I definitely will be coming back! The whole staff is really good which is supper rare these days!
Today was my first visit and I was pleased! The office environment and staff were both welcoming. My youngest is 6 and usually gets nervous at dental visits but Dr. James Yen made her calm and the procedure went smooth! I recommend this place for the whole family! Btw, if you don’t have dental insurance, check them out!
Incredible experience!!
About a week ago, I woke up with severe pain in one of my wisdom teeth and needed it to be pulled immediately. I called about five different places, but Midtown Dentistry was the only one that could take me.
I had never been there before, but I got excellent service from when I arrived to when my extraction was completed!
Dr. Nguyen and his supporting staff were fantastic, especially Jackie with X-rays, and Brenda, the dental assistant!
Finally, the atmosphere was awesome! The music throughout the office made the environment very upbeat and fun! They have a great DJ 🙂
I will definitely be going there again!!
I have a great experience every time I come here!! All the ladies in the front are nice. My wait times are always under 5 minutes to be taken back. Dr. Tuan is very thorough and nice. All of the dental assistants are very pleasant. Maria was quick and nice when taking my teeth exams. I love this office. Won’t go to any other dentist!
