  1. Apparently call center gives wrong information. I called prior to making appointment and explained daughter medical condition as well for myself . They said it was fine to bring grandmother I would just need to sign off on papers. When I walked in they requested I wear a mask after I already explained I couldn’t for medical reasons and said my daughter could not be seen with grandmother. I explained in front of multiple people while they were not keeping my information or questions confidential. They treated me very unfairly and it was wrong and inconsiderate to make me speak about my medical condition in front of other clients. I was definitely left disappointed and my daughter was not seen due to staff not giving correct information.

  2. I do not recommend. I was there 1hr 30min today before I had to leave to get back to work. I never even made it to the cleaning I scheduled. Far too inefficient, but schedule 3 hours if you make an appointment! Nice staff members.

  3. WORST SERVICE EVER!! If I could I would leave a negative star rating!!!
    I went in because all I needed was my wire to be cut because my bracket came off from my back tooth and was poking the inside of my mouth. Called NUMEROUS times as no one would pick up the phone was then on hold for 10mins when they did pick up. I asked if I could go in and get my wire cut because I usually go to the one in Palm Springs. She said yes I could just get my wire cut but no other treatment, I agreed that was fine. Walked into the office and the late 30’s, early 40’s looking woman with black/blonde hair as front desk was extremely rude. Came off very aggressive asking what we needed, and stating they don’t help any patients from other western dentals. I told her I called ahead of time and they had told me yes. Then she got bothered because the gentleman sitting next to her said “why don’t you ask before you tell them no”. Then she turned back around and said she couldn’t help us because we didn’t have masks and asked why we didn’t have mask if the people palms springs office requires mask (that was totally besides the point, and she was just mad she had to get up off her chair). To start off I wasn’t there to receive any attitude from your staff for asking them to do their job. And if she didn’t want to be of assistance or it’s too hard for her to perform such simple task (to go reconfirm her statement of not being able to assist other Western Dental patients) then maybe she should reconsider her profession and work were she doesn’t have to assist the public! So much miscommunication. The person on the phone said yes, she said no when we got there, and the other gentleman said to go ask. So what is it?! So please for future reference make sure your staff is PATIENT FRIENDLY and has their information in order. Also teach them to ANSWER THE PHONES!! Lobby had two whole patients waiting. I know they weren’t that busy. I’ll continue to drive to Palm Springs, so worth it! BETTER service there and way FRIENDLIER staff. And they PROVIDE face masks as a dental office should. If they’re really required. (It’s a part of your budget). And I don’t want your generic template you send all the reviews. What needs revision is your staff!

  4. Today I took my son to Western Dental in Indio and had the best experience! All staff was great. The manager Christina made sure we got in as quick as possible due to his tooth pain. When called back we saw Johnny who was very professional and thorough. He explained everything in detail and made sure we were comfortable and knew what to expect from his procedure. I am very thankful for the staff and Dr for taking care of us so quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be back!

  5. Thanks for making my dental visit as pain free as possible. The staff was friendly & Dr. Neil took great care to make certain I was not in pain before extracting my wisdom tooth. It took awhile to be seen as there were many patients on the day of my visit, but all in all the experience was positive. Much appreciated.

Timeliness and efficiency are clearly highly prioritized and well executed. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating to patients. It is easy to tell that they enjoy their work and working cohesively as a team. From start to finish, this is one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in my lifetime!

    If I could rate them with 100 starts I would. Martha provide excellent care she’s friendly and extremely professional great with kids she made my daughter first dental experience a great one by gaining her trust showing her step by step she even played Netflix for her. Gentle Dental has the best staff 10-10 definitely a kid friendly place, your kids will want to come back my daughter is looking forward to her next visit.

    I Can honestly say I am a proud client . I have been coming to this dental office for 5 years . My experience has been phenomenal especially with the dental team . Dr. PHAM ( Orthodontist) has had a positive attitude and has made my treatment with my braces an awesome experience especially with the help of Martha Q. (Ortho Assistant) . I would recommend this Dentist Office with a 100 % .

    Staff is very friendly, respectful and organized, staff always calls and text messages to remind me of my appointments. They have a program to help you do payments when you can’t, highly recommend you come ! Been a patient since I was a kid and now I’m a mom of 5 and I bring my kids here. We are comfortable and love it here. Big thank you too Emanuel, vianney and dr.Sarah for taking care of my daughter they were careful and fast, they did a root canal, removed bottom molar, inserted a spacer, and more my daughter did not cry nore fuss they did an awesome job!!!
