  1. Front desk staff were amazing, very polite and professional. The Dr and the technician were both okay. The reason for the rating is availability.

    I have an issue with my gums that isn’t “super urgent” but would definitely benefit from getting taken care of sooner rather than later. When I went to schedule the appointment, the hygienist scheduler was on a call and I was advised that she would call me to schedule an appointment and that they were currently scheduling for July. As of writing this I still do not have an appointment scheduled, and now I’m concerned that I won’t get one until August.

    It’s difficult to give a higher rating if I cannot get the services that I need

  2. Greeted warmly by the receptionists. Christine did her amazing work efficiently and thoroughly. No complaints except this was a dental visit which isn’t my favorite thing even in these wonderful circumstances.

  3. I can’t express enough how amazing this team is here. I had a really bad experience at another oral surgeon in the area and Nina was so sweet when I called this office to see if they could help me and my situation. She got me scheduled right away and was able to give me an estimated cost without me having to ask her to. They kept me informed and communicated with me which is what the other dental office lacked, big time. When it came time to actually get my teeth removed, Dr. Appiah and his assistants were so great and talked me through everything. It went better than I’d ever expected. I would highly recommend!

  4. I am truly thankful for everyone on the team that made my wisdom teeth removal go so well. Everyone is super friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible for something that I have been dreading for a long time. Nina at the front desk was super helpful by always keeping me updated with what my insurance would cover. Thank you to Dr. Appiah and his team for making me feel comfortable during the procedure. The recovery process has gone extremely well, and for that I am very grateful. I highly recommend!

  5. I’ve had the best dental experiences at Rockford Dental with Dr Nguyen and her amazing assistants. Most recently with Dr. Nguyen and her assistant Paula, both are so kind, caring and gentle. I would not go anywhere else for my dental needs!

He also provided me with a range of treatment options and helped me make an informed decision. The procedure itself was painless and I was able to get back to my normal routine quickly. And the dental team went above and beyond to help me feel at ease. They were professional, gentle, and informative, and I was grateful for their expertise and kindness.     Dental Group of Rockford is a great place. Dr. Lee has been my dentist for many years. There is also another dentist that I haven’t met. All dental staff, hygienists and assistants are professional, good at their jobs and very personable. Office staff are also very professional, efficient and helpful. I followed Dr. Lee from his previous practice because of his high standards for the entire office. This is a really good place.

    Dr. Lee, Natasha and Amy were awesome! Process was quick and efficientl! I did not have insurance and they were more than fair with pricing. I couldn’t believe how painless and fast the extraction took. Working on getting insurance so that I can continue with a consultation and more work needed for healthy gums and teeth.     Dental Group of Rockford is clean & looks brand new. The office staff, hygienists, and doctors have been very nice. They have advanced technology, efficient appointments, and I am really pleased with the service they have provided to me over the last several years.     The dentist I had for 30 + years retired. I decided to try Burch because they take my insurance & are close to home. I have had 2 appointments & am very happy w my choice.     I have have a wonderful experience with Burch Dental. Prior to Burch Dental,I went to the same dentist for 30+ years. But when I moved to the Rockford area i had to find a new dentist. I first went to Apsen and had a horrifying experience. Which made it harder for me to look for another. Finally after a year of putting it off. I made an appointment with Burch Dental. I’ve found my dental hygienist to be A++. I can feel the difference in my teeth and gums. They are friendly, listened to my issues and made me feel good about my options with my teeth. Prices are good and they are not pushy. I like being given all the information and allow me to decide. Not “you should just..”. So far I’m very pleased with my experience in the 2 visits I’ve had.
