Both my children have taken classes here for many years and achieved black belts after many years of hard work and excellent instruction. Master Chung and his instructors are superb. He has helped them develop strength, fortitude, and self-confidence. Master Chung is devoted to bringing the best out of his students. I would wholeheartedly recommend this studio!

  2. Master Chung is a very dedicated, disciplined, proficient and friendly Taekwondo teacher. My daughter started learning Taekwondo from him when she was 7 years old and continued until she got her 2nd Level Black belt

  3. This is our second rodeo with Master Chung and we are still as happy and satisfied with his professionalism, teaching and training as we were during the first round. Our daughter started when she was 9 or 10 and continued through her first degree black belt. She then quit to pursue other interests. (She’s a young adult now). Our boys, at 10 & 12, are learning the art. (They are currently in yellow-with-green-stripe belts level). Master Chung is a patient teacher and very attentative to all students. Whether there is only a handful of students present or a full to the brim class, he makes sure that each student receives adequate attention. So, if you are in Nashua or any of the surrounding towns in the Southern NH area, check out Master Chung’s Tae Kwon Do Academy.

  4. My daughter is 7 years old. She has been attending the classes for more than 5 months now. Doing very well with stances and forms.
    The master is very experienced, dedicated and committed. He has passion for teaching. Would definitely recommend for others

  5. Such a great place!!! I started my son at the young age of 4 and he was always so engaged. Master Chung is excellent with kids of all ages. The monthly dues are very fair. Scheduling is super flexible! I recommend this place to anyone interested!

    I have been training at Triumph a little over 2 years now. Without a doubt this decision was one of the best choices I’ve made. I felt very welcomed on my first day of class. The community at this gym is full of hard working, positive and supportive people that want to help each other succeed. During my time training I have made some great friends, learned a ton and improved my health and overall quality of life. As far as the instruction goes you’re not going to find a better gym in the area. The owner, John Fain, is truly great at what he does. He is incredibly passionate about helping his students reach their goals and devotes an enormous amount of time perfecting his lesson plans. He also is very strict about keeping everyone safe and free of injuries by going into great detail about how to apply techniques safely. Whether you want to be a hobbyist that trains a couple times a week or aspire to be a full time competitor, John is committed to helping you reach your potential. If you are interested in learning BJJ I cant recommend Triumph enough.

    I enrolled my soon couple of months ago, he is 14 years old freshman. I am very satisfied, he has been enjoying and showing interest by watching videos, etc. For his emotional it was really helpful, improved his confidence and strength. I would definitely recommend specially for teenagers on these days.

    More than a martial arts gym, this place is a second home for most. Not only does Triumph have the best BJJ in the state but it’s also full of great people. Everyone is very welcoming. Great place for beginners to black belts!

    This is a wonderful facility for adults and children. You can really tell the instructors care about their students. It’s also a family run business and it’s nice to see the owners kids helping out. Been coming here for about 3 months now and my daughter has gained so much confidence and strength

    It is with extreme enthusiasm I write this review for Chris and my coaches at Team Flo. I have been attending classes for about a year now. I feel I have found something special. I look forward to every day I get to do this. Also, I work nights and it’s not always possible to get to all the evening classes, but Team Flo has a solution to that. I have found Chris and his students to be welcoming and everyone is eager to see the TEAM succeed. Three out of the five of my family attend. It is only a matter of time that it is a complete family affair… My wife attends the women’s only class with Michelle and there is plenty of space, so ladies, now is the time! Others follow when you lead. Finally, be open and approach with a beginner’s mind. If you find you aren’t getting what you need, take ownership of that issue. Discuss it with Chris and his team. I have found him to be open minded, informative and accommodating to newcomers, such as myself… But he cannot do the work for you. I hope to see you on the mat! Be well. Carry on!

    I walked in early last spring and was amazed at the operation Chris runs. He and those that assist him are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I can’t say this enough if you have been thinking about doing jujitsu or even wonder what all the hype is about, reach out to Chris and give it a try. The process is extremely exciting, humbling and fun, Chris and all those that attend Flo jujitsu will help you on your journey. The gym has become a place I look forward to every week. Again, I can’t say this enough give Chris and team Flo a try and you truly will not be disappointed.

    Chris is a very knowledgeable martial artist and seems to have a great adult class. However, he is shockingly inept at handling the kids’ class. After 2.5 months there I pulled my son out 1/2 way through the class last night. My son was injured significantly multiple times by malicious kids while their parents watched. Frankly, he was terrified to go back on the workout floor. The kids are left UNSUPERVISED to play games while Chris hangs out in another room with the people you see here giving him 5 stars. The kids are left unsupervised in almost every class for between 15 and 30 minutes out of the one hour. My son learned no appreciable skills in his 2.5 months and gained no self-esteem, confidence, or discipline. He’s now scared to join another school because of this experience. Chris will look back and think he’s weeding out the weak kids who can’t cut it in Jiu Jitsu. In reality he’s fostering an environment where only the biggest, toughest, or meanest kids will make it. The kids who need it most will be left in the dust. My son didn’t quit because Jiu Jitsu was too tough, he quit because the environment didn’t allow him to engage it. Proceed with caution.

    This gym is great. The coaches here don’t just want to see you improve as grapplers, but as people too. The class structure is incredibly helpful. Students ask questions about the techniques learned previously and what they are having difficulties with. Then we drill the techniques. Almost like a Q&A. Whether you’re a beginner, a hobbyist whose been training for a while, or a competitor, you will learn, get better and enjoy being a part of this academy

    Excellent group of people all levels. Chris (owner – instructor) is excellent to work with and everyone on the team is willing to help you grow every step of the way. We have some amazing rolls and if you want to continue to grow this is the place to be. Amazing rolls, true team training and this team is a family. When you join you are welcomed into an elite group of BJJ practitioners and get ready to roll. My son (6) and I (39) both are part of Team Flo and wouldn’t have it any other way. Osss!!!
