  1. The only reason I am giving this place a one star is because I can’t give it 0 stars. I got my haircut from this supercuts, and it is by far the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. The sides were not blended properly, and my “barber” seemed to be in a rush while cutting me hair. I suggest giving the “barbers” rulers so they can understand how much hair they’re taking off. I asked for half an inch off the top, but instead it looks like I have half an inch of hair total. She cut more hair than she showed me she was going to take off. I am curious as to how this supercuts hires people because I refuse to believe that the person cutting my hair was qualified. If you are considering going to this location, please trust me and DO NOT GO HERE – unless you want a buzz cut, because its impossible to mess that up. You will end up paying around 22-25 dollars to have a bad haircut. I am surprised that this location has such a high rating because I am convinced more than half of the reviews are fake.

    Sat 40 minutes waiting when I had an appointment … low and be hold everyone that came after me was in before me and most came back out… won’t waste my time ever again sitting waiting when I HAD AN APPOINTMENT… RUDE MY TIME IS WORTH MORE THAN THE WOULD BE HAIR CUT… hope all read this and follow suit…don’t waste your time expecting an appointment to get you in…oh and wait your turn…NOT..did I say I had an appointment!!!!!

  5. Just needed a quick side buzz cleanup today, the person who cut my hair wasn’t super pleasant, I paid for a full haircut for 5 mins of clipper work, and got home to find out I’m covered in long hair and the buzz isn’t even and I have to touch it up.

    I simply love this spa! I have been going to see Sharon for years as she does my hair with excellence! I love the organic products and high quality work! Recently, I received a massage from Gina- AMAZING!!! I was able to rest on a biomat in a beautifully decorated room that was so peaceful. Gina was thoughtful and professional, used high quality products, and really listened to my body. She even did a lymphatic drain to help me breath better after being face down for a bit! I walked away feeling so refreshed and calm, and my back felt great! There is no “treat myself” – receiving this massage and other spa treatments at Green Envy is truly a way to create the quality life that I want to live with self-care at the top of my list! Thank you! Looking forward to coming back regularly!

    I have my eye brows done here. The prices are very reasonable. Selena is amazing. The daughter has her hair down here. The salon/spa area is very clean and the staff is very professional and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

But with the positive comments she takes the time to write something different each time, thanking the customer. She should write something different for each negative one, apologizing for each specific incident. That just shows me she does not care about the complaints or the customers.

    I was in a super rush and needed my eyebrows shaped and I walk past the European Wax Center, so I decided to walk in and check if they had anyone available without an appointment. I was greeted by a very friendly associate and because I was a first time client I was offered a complimentary eyebrow waxing. There was a sign at the front desk saying cell phones and photography were not allowed, so I respected that and didn’t take any pictures, but I observed that the place was very clean. The room where I was taken was very bright, organized and clean. The specialist was friendly and courteous and I felt she was doing a good job measuring the eyebrows, and after it was shaped she completed with powder makeup, which I ended up buying because it matched my eyebrow color. I was really happy with the results until that night, when I removed the makeup and realized my eyebrows were not aligned and very much butchered. Yes, they’ll grow again, but it’s taking a while and there’s no getting around it, even with make up. I’m not sure how the other services this place offers are, but I’ll never go back for eyebrows shaping.

    I was coming to this location for a few months and I will not be going back , the teenagers on the front desk didn’t want to check me in because I was 1 minute late I explained that I come from a 35 minute drive I don’t live close by so I don’t have control of what can occur on highways that may delay my drive they seem like they didn’t care asking me if I wanted to book again when she could of simply checked me in 1 minute late. They lost a customer for good thank god I went online booked a wax appointment methuen location infront of their face and went right after to get my wax done in 10 minutes

    I’ve been coming to EWC for years at different locations. Have recommended many people here to EWC but won’t be doing so moving forward. EWC regional manager cares more about receiving $11 for a service I shouldn’t have been charged for in the first place due to an error or multiple errors on their end when buying one of their packages, versus keeping what was a loyal customer. Their front desk really needs to work on their listening skills. They didn’t seem to understand that financially I couldn’t afford the unexpected charge I’ve never had to pay for in the past due to their errors. I hated they made me to be that person because they wanted their $11 so badly. To top it off I heard them laughing at me as I walked out the door. Feeling comfortable when people are going near your most intimate parts starts at the front desk and these ladies made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

    Hailey is awesome! I saw her for a Brazilian and she did a great job (and trust me, I’m picky about my Brazilians.) She makes it virtually painless, and makes sure that she gets everything. She’s also very easy to talk to. I’ll be seeing her again!
