  1. I am new to the area and choose this office for their good reviews and early hours. I am really happy with the entire office. Front desk staff have communicated with me every step of the way, the dentist didn’t seem rushed at all when seeing me and answered all of my questions, hygienist was great-honestly the BEST cleaning experience of my life (I believe it was Deanna). Highly recommend this office

  2. My first comment is when your office is closed for a holiday day that is unusual such as Monday 1/2, I would make sure your voice messaging lets your clients know so they don’t expect a call back.
    And, I would suggest that if a client has a new dentist, that the dentist introduces themselves. It’s just a nice thing to do.
    The dental hygienist, Becca, is wonderful, by the way.

  3. Everyone was very nice from the office staff, the hygienist, and dentist. Ashley, was an exceptional hygienist. She was very friendly, caring, and very attentive to my needs. She was also very gentle while cleaning my teeth. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.

  4. Everyone who works here is nice but my experience with the crown they placed on my molar not so great. It failed after two years, and I had to pay them over $200 to have it cemented on again for it to fall off again in 3 weeks. The Zircon Crown actually broke a small hole in the center. They did offer to make this situation right by handing me an estimate for a brand new crown full price. I have never had a crown before and really babied this one and when I finally got over that, a year later, and started to use it, it failed swiftly and not within their “year” to replace.

  5. This past Friday my wife had a filling come out and a tooth that seemed to be breaking apart. Facing the weekend, and greatly concerned, she called the office of her dentist, Doctor Hanson, but the day was completely booked. Despite no cancellations they still worked her in at the end of the day, caring for her situation. The entire staff went above and beyond; professional, caring, and kind. You cannot ask for better care.

    Not only have I received treatment at Oak Park, I also had the privilege of working in this office for 1.5 years. I recently left only to relocate out of state. This office has been the best experience I’ve had working in the dental field. The doctors are gifted, ethical, and genuinely great people. The entire clinical staff is amazing and truly cares for their patients. And the front office staff does a great job keeping everything coordinated. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for dental treatment! These guys deserve 500 stars!!!!

    It’s always a great experience at Oak Park Dental. The staff is great and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Coming to the office helped me overcome my dental anxieties. The staff does everything they can to help you feel comfortable. Big or small, this is a great dentist office to go to.

    Really good experience. I have a couple of more serious things that need treatment and they really seem to know what they are doing there. I like that they donate time to children’s organizations too. The receptionist could have been a little more friendly, made some eye contact etc. but it was early so maybe she wasn’t really awake yet? But all in all, they seem like a great place.

    I was terrified to go to the dentist. I had such a great experience, felt welcomed and most importantly felt heard. My hygienist was Karen and she made me feel so comfortable, she made my visits wonderful.

    I called Salem dental to see if they were taking new patients and they said they were. I was able to get in that day. I had a old feeling come out and needed to have a new one put in they did it that day. Talk about taking care of your needs these people were so helpful and the staff was great and so was the dentist.
