a month agoLovely place, would stay again. Room was extremely clean and new. The place is quiet and peaceful. Although there were many other guests I hardly knew they were there. I think if your room happens to around the pool you might hear more people. Boardwalk area with fire pit and grills is cool. I appreciate that the property owners didn’t blow up the dunes to built the place. There was a lots of nesting birds around and I am happy they leave them be also. Rooms can be really bright in early morning might want to bring an eye mask for sleep. I don’t mind the light window coverings however because heavy ones make a place musty. I like that the property is gated.a month agoMostly good but there could be some improvements and this would be a great place to stay. Great location, good beach access but little things could make it much better; more water stations to wash off after a day at the beach, knobs on the doors, more towels, options to hang wet clothes to dry, More COMMUNICATION. There are no instructions shared, no information about local attractions, no follow up before scheduled stay, no receipt provided for payments made, etc. But overall, a decent choice for a place to stay.a month agoWe had a lovely stay at Lively Beach. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool was lovely and it was so nice to be just steps away from the beach. We also appreciated that it was dog friendly.However, I really wish we had been warned about the enormous blood sucking mosquitoes. The property seems to have been built on top of a marsh and I’ve never seen bigger or more aggressive mosquitoes in my life – including multiple trips to Africa. As soon as we arrived on the property and exited our car, we were immediately assaulted by a gang of them! The good news is that they really hate DEET but if you’re unprepared, they will go after you and your dogs with a vengeance.
4 months agoStayed over Easter weekend for two nights. The weather was rainy, cold, and I couldn’t have been happier that we had this place and location to stay in since so much time was indoors. The boardwalk to the beach is so nice. The rooms aren’t large, but I don’t need them to be. Everything was clean. My husband found the rooms quite bright for sleeping, but I had no problems. We can usually hear people above us but they were either very quiet or the building is good enough that it’s not an issue. We loved the solitude of the area. Would definitely come back. Stayed in M-1073 weeks agoIt’s probably the best hotel in the area. It feels luxurious, and the amenities are great! Nice pool, grill area, fire pit. The best feature is probably the fact that there’s direct access to the beach from the hotel. I’m definitely coming back.

5 years agoSecurity guard was a very helpful and friendly. Really appreciated his help as one of our guests arrived after hours. Was able to get her parking pass. He answered alot of our questions. Property nice and clean.5 years agoAbsolutely loved this place. Stayed in unit 1310. It was cute and the view we had was amazing. So close to so many things. My kids had a blast.Only down side maybe was the elevator. Kinda sketchy.
5 years agoLovely view and a cozy space, if not slightly cramped. A bit aged, but still in decent shape. Not sure if I’d stay again, but would still recommend it to a young couple or young family with small kids.5 years agoGood place to stay on the beach. Had a great time. Don’t be fooled by all the 5 star reviews! Read the actual reviews! So many are bad, but somehow 5 stars on the review. Are these being changed? The elevators are apparently constantly broken. As I understand it, management just refuses to fix it. All rooms are on the second floor or higher . Being disabled, there was no handicap access for me. The stairwell’s lack proper handrails. A woman in a wheelchair
actually had to be picked up and carried in her room by one of the employees. Many things in the room were unacceptable or did not work. We were given multiple access cards that did not work and were actually locked out until someone would let us in.
We were informed that we had to wear wristbands the whole week to visit the pool in order to keep people who were not guests out. We went down to the pool and discovered that it was way overcrowded and packed with people who were not wearing wristbands. There was no place to sit and people were blaring music over each other. When my wife called to ask about all the people not wearing wrist bands who might shouldn’t be there and the behavior, the employee said. “Mama, don’t worry about it.
Just go to the pool.” This place is trash!
Stayed here on 7/10/23 with my Family. STAY AWAY. The whole place is under construction and after talking to a security on duty the Elevators have been broken for quite awhile. What an inconvenience when you have kids. The staircase is so dirty, nasty and had dirty socks and trash and mold on them. The room we stayed in 3242 the sliding door was hard to open. Then when you stepped on the balcony looking in the “Condo” it was so filled with rust and ate up wood and mold. It was too much! The outside light flickered off and on. It was more dark. It’s just a big mess. We woke to our vehicle being infested with ants! It was sooooo bad. In my twins & singletons car seats! We had to get left behind with the kids so my husband could go get as much as he could out at a car wash and clean up as much as he could. We canceled our plans for the day and headed home. With ants in our vehicle. It was a nightmare. I believe this place is renovating due to bug infestation! Do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY!!!
This place is ghetto. Upon arrival, we found the balcony sliding door handle completely missing, the elevator is still broken (check previous reviews), there’s half a sandwich in the fridge, a pair of underwear under the bunk beds…
The place is under construction and it’s a mess , elevators aren’t working so we had to climb 6 sets of stairs, the unit was not in great shape , we didn’t even stay, the owners was nice and gave us our money back, but it needs to be finished first I don’t know how people can have a vacation and enjoy themselves there. No weight room and everything is old very sad ! They should have started cleaning this place up 10 yrs ago…
There to meet with the owner of a unit to rent it for them. The units are very nice. It is a beautiful location. They used to do rentals , and they said now you have to go to Air B&B. I have no idea of cost , but I would look can’t be more than a hotel on beach.
