This is the second time we have visited this store in so many years. This time, we found it bright, clean, well organized and personnel were relatively easy to find for help The personnel were polite, helpful and not overbearing, letting us browse until we needed them. There were some pretty good bargains to be had on the first floor “backstage” section. Found some quality footwear and underwear there at a good price. Found other bargains on the second floor men’s department and some housewares on clearance on the third. Checkout was quick with no waiting. As Canadians, we qualified for a further 10% “international shop’s” discount by asking for it. It was a good shopping trip and I would definitely return in the future.
I. Love. This. Store!!! Always always find at least 3 pairs of shoes I believe in my heart I just can’t do without or life is over…🤷🏼♀️ lol. My son and I went last week and roamed around being silly trying on hats n scarves n sunglasses 😎. Great prices on makeup too! The employees have always treated me and my family super nice! Even thru the madness of the holiday shopping they did an awesome job…great job y’all!! 2 thumbs up!
The store is always clean and bright, I just hate that the restroom is up on the 3rd floor if I need it cuz it seems I’m always on the 1st 🫤 but hey … at least they have one and it was clean, clean, clean and fully stocked Friday! So go have some fun at Macy’s and I bet you find at least 3 outfits..or shoes..or perfumes/colognes that you too will be believing with all your heart that you just can’t live without! 😁😉😁
Amazing deals, phenomenal customer service & 3 floors make for a spacious & very comfortable shopping experience, unlike some other the big department stores that are soo jam packed with merchandise that u are just overwhelmed with stuff and feel claustrophobic
We haven’t been to the mall in a long time. My wife was looking for a new Emrald for her ring. It seemed like the store didn’t have the inventory that I remembered from the year before, and help was hard to fine. The guy at the jewelry counter was very helpful and was the saving grace for Macy’s.
I always feel like I went back in time when I walk into a Macy’s. I know they’re trying to stay up to date but I’m thinking that these big department stores will phase out soon, very soon. I did get YSL tho 😁
