2 months agoThe concept of European village was wonderful. It’s a beautiful place. But it’s too small. Probably it will only take you 3-5 mins to look around. And nothing to do or activities. It’s just worth taking a few photos. There are only a few restaurants (6 restaurants )and 2 or 3 stores. Once you saw it, that’s it not worth the long drive. …a month agoThis is such a beautiful place! Our Airbnb was stunning and we didn’t have to drive anywhere for dinner. They have so many options. Was so glad for the vegan options.6 months agoThe European Village was alive with vendors, shoppers and people out for a lovely Sunday afternoon!I treated myself to a delicious Indian buffet at 5th Element. I sat on the large, covered patio and watched the flow of shoppers as I enjoyed a wonderful meal.
Live music entertained the crowds of people sitting outside pubs or milling about the many Sunday vendors. Wonderful atmosphere!
As I left I noticed a large vegetable stand overflowing with fresh produce. That will be on my list for next time!

in the last weekWe had a really great stay here in May; glad we decided to stay at a Hilton. Very friendly and helpful check in, we arrived beat from a long day of travel and were able to get early check in which was sorely needed. Every interaction we had with hotel employees was pleasant.The room was comfortable, not as dry as many other rooms tend to get. Comfortable beds and linens which, again, glad we went with a Hilton. Love that they have liquid body wash – bring a loofa!
Hotel bar was great to hang out and watch a game in the evening. Friendly people and our dinner was on point as well. The outdoor pool seemed busy during our stay, only out one night to relax but the mosquitoes had other plans for me. If I were staying in Palm Coast again I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
a week agoWe spent a night at this hotel and wouldn’t have stayed a night longer. It definitely does not compare to other Hilton hotels and the good reviews are a mystery to me.The whole hotel is old and run down/in need of a renovation. Our room was very dark and the furniture was old and dirty (stains on carpet and armchair, hair on linen and in the bathroom, chipped desk, etc.) The hallway had a strange smell to it and the carpet needs to be cleaned. Check-in wasn’t unfriendly but indifferent. Check-out was very unfriendly. Staff at the counter making calls on speakerphone, while playing solitaire on the computer. Dirty aquarium in the lobby with dying fish.
Definitely not worth spending ~ $180 for a night. A motel might have been a better option.
Only good thing was free parking.
in the last weekMuch to be desired here. There was clearly a previous leak that I noticed while it was raining and I heard what sounded like rain in the wall. Missing bolts on the doors, mold in the showers, stained mattress cover, not good at all. The hot tub was empty and green.I used the app to check in electronically and was still stopped as if I were sneaking in.
The location is close to the beach but I would guess there are much better options nearby.

Justine is a super host and server.a month agoProbably one of the best hotel visits I have ever had and I do 8-12 per year. After consulting with the hotel for last min arrangements, I opted to go here. The room was flawlessly clean. Hotel located in the perfect location near the interstate. Hotel amazingly quiet and it seemed like every time I seen an employee, I was greeted with welcome back or enjoy your day. Being I live less than 3 hours away, the next time I want a close to the beach but not on the beach excursion, I will 100% for sure choose this hotel location…

I like this place! We just stayed a full week and last summer we stayed a weekend. Last year, we stayed at the villas. This year, the main tower. I liked both, but my husband’s knees have gotten bad, so it’s more practical for us to stay in the tower. The villas are super nice though. My family will definitely visit again. It takes a few visits to learn how everything works. Check in and out were very smooth and took only 10-15 minutes. Denise and Ron were beyond amazing at helping us with packing and unpacking our things! The resort customer service was great. Also, if your kids are 4 and up, you can have a 4 hour break for some alone time thanks to the kids crew. My daughter had a blast! She was glowing. The restaurants are good and the atmosphere is very family oriented. The pizza is AMAZING. I wrote a separate 5 star review for Atlantic Grille. So yummy! This place really has it ALL and it’s a great place to stay! We never left and enjoyed the pools all week long. The pools are so great, the slide is fun for kids 48 inches and taller, the lazy river is cool, there’s an adult only pool, and there’s a beach pool! My husband made the comment that we should stay here once a year, so maybe. We really enjoyed our stay and we were sad to leave.
This is a torn review. To me it either 5 stars or stars on everything. The amenities the club offers are fantastic. The pool area , the restaurants and the golf courses are outstanding. The staff servicing these facilities are fantastic. 5 stars all around. The issue is inside the hotel. It is not a “resort”. Its a club and it offers rooms to use the club amenities. The front desk had very limited knowledge on details about the resort . The staff inside were very nice but were , in many cases ,no help to questions we had about the resort. The concierge gave us wrong info on dining, was not able to get reservations over 6 people (although he gave me a number to call) , could not tell me where to buy bottle of pop on site (no vending machines or market type store on site). Morning of tee times at one of the resort courses there was no valet and after waiting for one to show he slowly strolled away to locate our car . Our room was very large but very dated as were many areas inside the hotel areas. If you are looking to join a beach/golf club in the palm coast area i think this is definitely worth a look. If you are looking for a beach resort vacation i would look at other properties as the hotel service is not top notch.
What a great resort. 4 restaurants on site. We ate at 3 if them. All good. Great place for kids to enjoy the pools, bikes & the golf course on site is awesome for adults. The beach isn’t that great. Lots of rocks. I would definitely stay there again.
It was beautiful here and the staff is very friendly and attentive. A beautiful world famous course with amenities exclusive to its property. There are several pools on site. The choice restaurants offer a variety of dining experiences gaiging from upscale evening to casual poolside. We stayed for 3 days and never left the resort. Rent bikes, play mini golf, or sunbathe at the beach. There are also plenty of family activities arranged throughout the seasons. We are looking forward to our next stay.
Have not stayed yet, but Vinny on the phone really helped me out and made it very easy to book. He showed me the most cost effective way to book the golf and rooms that I wanted. Very helpful and a great start to my experience with the resort. He set the bar high for my expectations of customer service!
