  1. Wow, what a fantastic store!! I found stuff I never knew existed, I’ll definitely be back as a repeat customer. I only stopped in to buy Temptations treats for my cats, but I found all sorts of goodies for my fur babies as well. Though I was pressed for time, I noticed all kinds of merchandise which I’ll be back to purchase at a later date. This Pet Smart is very clean, brightly lit & well merchandised. The employees are awesome & opened another line almost instantly so nobody had to wait long at checkout. Thank you all so much for such a pleasant shopping experience. You have one very happy customer & several quite satiated felines who look forward to shopping here again.

  3. Staff are always friendly and wonderful! Especially the cashier, Cameron, who is extremely sweet! Felt welcomed going in, but check out was very enjoyable! Even my Lulu had found a brand new friend in the end!

  4. Out of stock. The product I needed looked unhealthy but I had no choice but to purchase. The employee helping was inconvenienced but the cashier was friendly. I would like for them to ask if you are a member. Often I forget due to going through cancer 3x in 8 years

  5. I take my precious dog Faith to Petsmart on route 100 to see her favorite doctor at the Banfield Hospital. She also took a 6 weeks course to follow commands and how to focus and graduate last Sunday. We are so proud of her, including the staff members, who are
    extremely pleasant with everyone. You can’t ask for a better place.

    I visited a competitor of Petco to buy dog food a year ago and found live maggots in the bag. The other store, the other BIG pet store, is 5 miles from home instead of Petco, which is 3 times further for me. I’ve never been let down by Petco, and it’s worth the drive in order to get fresh, quality products and friendly service. Blue has done the research and she says Petco is the best.

    It was our Boxer’s (12 months) has never had a “real” professional grooming and, although friendly and lovable, is extremely “hyper” around strangers. Lexi made us feel very comfortable that it would not pose a problem – and surprisingly, it didn’t. She was wonderful with Bailey, was sincerely caring and made us feel secure enough to return for future visits.

    Store is well stocked, clean, and easy to navigate. The staff has always been super nice to me. Parking is plentiful and it quick to get your things and go. Would recommend for your pet needs.

    Everyone was wonderful & thoroughly efficient taking care of my new puppy. I can’t thank you enough for all of your hard work & professionalism. The store is very clean & everyone practiced proper social distancing. Also, the veterinarian clinic is not only clean but rather amusing because as you wait on your pet to get treatment you can watch the adoptive cats play in their own special room. I really admire this place because everyone from the main doctor to the cashiers are legitimately nice & take not only their jobs but animals seriously 👏🏻👏🏻

    I adopted my best friend Percy about a month ago, and I wouldn’t trade him for anything. He is the goofiest, sweetest, most gentle little guy and I’m so happy I found him. It was a really easy process and I’m very thankful that the staff and volunteers took such good care of my little man and continue to do so for the other animals there. Go meet some shelter doggies, you never know which one could be your new bestie 🙂

    It was the hardest day for me….. I cried like a baby because I had to surrender my dog.and they comforted me and assured me that my Coconut would be just fine and that she will be pared with a Good family. I believed because I was lead there by prayer.i live in Jacksonville FL. But I had no peace in surrendering her here. I know that coconut is in a good place and with the family she will be pared with will enjoy her ministry. ❤️🙌🏾🐶

    We had a dog at the end of his life. We made an appointment with them and they were wonderful. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. They even sent a sympathy card, so nice. Thank you so much for being there and caring. Thank you for doing what you do.

    I got both of my cats from here Grandma and Pablo, they have traveled the country with us!! This Humane society does a wonderful job with the pets! Highly recommended!!

    They aren’t as great as they seem. Went in to adopt a dog and was given the run around about it when I was perfectly capable of adopting on the spot I was given the run around. When someone the staff member knew walked in they were given the same dog claiming “She’s just fostering it for a few days”. But the person who claimed to be fostering said it was really to adopting the dog and only fostering kittens. IF you walk around the inside where the large dogs are kept the kennel runs are very small and they are only taken out side on walks so when someone comes to see them they are very hyper from being pent up so long. Yes the dogs need good homes but they need more help and better people skills.
