a week agoMost visits to the car wash I find at least one of the spinning brushes and fairly often two nit working.
The length-wise top brush rarely works and lately the last set of side brushes are not working.
It would be great if all the brush stations would work all the time since that is what I pay for with my monthly subscription.in the last weekYour location on 4389 Integrity Center Point, Colorado Springs, CO 80917, has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in Colorado. The assistant manager Erin is the reason for it. I started having problems with this guy a while ago. He always seem to have bad attitude and I believe he doesn’t know how to talk to people. Erin seems to think that he owns the place and he behaves in the exact way to show it. He forces all the customers to leave as early as 6:30 pm from the detailing center! Way ahead of the closing time at 7.00 pm. Which is very inconvenient. All other car washes I know close at 9:00 pm. Or 8.00 pm at least. Except for the weekend. So the moment he started working there is the moment car my wash experience got ruined every time he was there. All his coworkers are fine. No problem with anybody else there at all. But because of this guy and his attitude I no longer want to go to that car wash. The incident that really made me upset was today when he demanded to glue the barcode sticker to my windshield. Otherwise he threatened to cancel my membership if he doesn’t see it on the windshield the next time I go there. That’s too much in my opinion. I have always been able to scan it by holding it in front of the camera and it worked 90% of the time. I don’t see any reason for me to glue it to the windshield. It may block the visibility and in general it’s not a good idea to glue anything on the front windshield. And it doesn’t look good either. Better than the old sticker but still I don’t want to glue anything on my windshield. All other car washes scan the license plate. And it’s way better that way in my opinion.
The other thing is that I noticed very fine scratches on my hood after a visit to that car wash. My friend who recommended this carwash to me washed the car there a week before I did and when he complained to me about scratches on his hood I didn’t believe him. I honestly couldn’t believe that a car wash can do that to a car. But it was exactly the same scratches on my car and that looks like it was done by the brushes. It’s on the left side of the hood if you stand in front of the car. We went to exactly that location so no doubt there. I’m sure other people noticed it as well.
So unfortunately I’ll no longer be going to that location mainly because of Erin and the way he treats customers. And because of the fine scratches on my hood.
I have never had this bad experience with anyone else not on that car wash not on like other 5 car washes I used in COS.
Customer service is a skill and Erin is clearly doesn’t have that.2 years agoPaid 19.00 for a wash, wheels and wax. My wheels were still dirty and other areas on my vehicle didn’t get clean. The car wash at the Shell station does a better job. The only reason I give it a 2 is because the kids liked the lights.a year agoCar Was USA Express is a great local car wash. I purchased the monthly membership, which pays for itself. I have to wash my car at least twice per week due to the constant changes in weather. Two car washes without the membership is the same price as the monthly unlimited car wash price, which makes the monthly membership an outstanding deal. Initially I had an issuer with my monthly membership chip, the staff did an outstanding job remedying my issue and so never had an issue again. I highly recommend this Car Wash USA Express location.3 weeks agoAbsolutely love this car wash. The staff are always friendly and eager to help! My car always looks amazing and the vacuums work better than anywhere else in town. The staff today, July 12th, were super helpful especially.

a month agoI have been here in the past. It’s been several years. The car wash is under new ownership. The key difference now is that we were met at the payment kiosk by a polite young lady to explain the changes. And also since I’ve last been there the price of the basic wash has risen by $3 to $10. But I’m happy with the service. It’s an automatic wash and another attendant sprays the car and guides you as you start through. The best part is the vacuuming and wiping area is all included in the cost of the wash. I recommend Take 5 Car Wash.5 months agoI got the cheapest – $10. Definitely not perfect, but it helped. The vacuums were great. You do have to go through the wash to access them. I didn’t love that there’s one hose per spot, meaning you have to climb into your car with the hose to vacuum the other side, or else re-park for the hose to be on that side. The picture is the back of my car immediately after it was “washed.” I’d say it’s worth $5-7 for this amount of cleaning.3 months agoWe LOVE this place. We have had the monthly car wash package for years now. I never kept my cat this clean before and now I’m hooked.
Their GREATEST ASSET are their employees. They are ALWAYS friendly, courteous and in a fabulous mood with a smile. I bring friends with me and that is the one thing they notice right off the back. They put me in such a good mood I try to bring them cookies and treats to share to show my appreciation. Bi wish more businesses these days could be as good as this one.3 months agoPretty decent wash, they scrub off bugs and hard mud spots before you go into the wash. And the vacuums are free. I had situation where my seat didn’t retract and the guys really tried to help.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and before the name change. Definitely don’t feel like it’s worth your money now. Now it’s $10 for a wash that isn’t even that good. They also got rid of the vending machine with cleaning items sadly as well as never having trash bags in their trash can. Besides that vacuums being decent I don’t think I have much of a reason to come back. Was wayyy better before they changed to Take 5.
This isn’t the first time this has happened but it has been a while so I tried it again. After the $14 car wash, I noticed the soap wasn’t rinsed off the back of my van so the attendant let me go through again. After that, I went to the vacuums and noticed the back was still dirty. I give up.
I’ve been a reg customer since the opening. Great service. Employees are awesome Friendly Courteous and a Smile. Special thanks to JON. Great customer relations.

On a road trip and John and Jesse at the 86 North Academy location in Colorado Springs made my car sparkly and clean. My car was encrusted in yellow green bug guts. They got them all off..
Was in this afternoon and had a very plesant exp. The associate Jesse was very knowledgable about the products used on my vehicle and i really enjoyed the tire shine. Got my baby looking spiffy again for only 16$ who can beat that A1 service&a clean car 10/10 would recomend for anyone
