  1. I picked up my best friend’s cat as she was stranded out of town and her Kiki was outdoors. I was able to catch him but needed to get his special dry food and cat litter as well as some wet food. PetSmart was the only place I could think of that would have it all.
    I wasn’t sure which scent of litter to get so the cashier pulled up my prior receipt and verified I had selected the correct one. Next stop was my place with a very happy cat with all the comforts of his own place. PetSmart made my day so much easier.

  2. I made my appointment weeks in advance because we will be going out of town with our dog the following day . This is the second time my appointment has been canceled at the last minute. They won’t even try to accommodate with another appointment. I am done with Petsmart. Terrible service.

  3. Four years ago I walked into this store to pick an item for my dogs. However, the first & last thing I laid eyes on was a beautiful blue-eyed mocha colored 6,-month-old kitten. I had not had a cat since I was a youngster, due to allergies. I immediately went to the back of the store where the adoption volunteer was & asked to see her. That was all it took. She was as sweet as she was beautiful and has been with me since that time. She came with having been spayed and all her shots for $100. What’s not to be appreciated? The process was made so simple & I have been in love with my Bonnie Bleu ever since!

    The betta fish they have on display are all sickly. Last year they had a dead one on the rack. Saw these guys on the rack. It’s sad how these guys are treated

    The grooming did a real good job on my dogs. One of my babies is scared all the time and she handed him back and he didn’t seem really distressed like he was last time. . and they look adorable 🥰

    I’m always coming to get crickets here for my geckos most the staff is friendly especially Kevin. Had this young blonde girl who was working in the aquatic section not say one word to me as I asked her for 40 crickets. customer service and making customers feel welcomed should be a priority instead of being cold and rude and making it seem like we are an inconvenience.

    I’ve adopted dogs and cats from Animal Humane New Mexico, as have several of my friends and family members. I had a great experience and I love that they offer training classes and a behavior helpline for post-adoption support.

    Worst place I have gone too. This morning I went with my bf to see the cats because he has been wanting one and we got there and the old guy that took us to the back to go see the cats was so rude since the beginning and we wanted to see a specific cat we saw in the internet and the cat was shy at first and we understood that and not even 10 minutes we were with the cat and he was already rushing us out the door and we were trying to speak to him and ask him questions and he was ignoring us and talking to other people and basically pretending we were not there at all. The other workers were really nice but he was not and you could tell he was rushing us to leave. I’m sorry but I will never be going back there. Its ridiculous because in the website it says the cats are $30 dollars for application fee but you go to the location and they are $75 dollars. Ridiculous tbh. It’s okay I actually made my day better after having a bad experience with these workers I went to the East Side Animal Welfare and they were so amazing and we found our forever cat and amazing cat and took her home. Please people don’t adopt here actually go to the East Side Animal Shelter those poor dogs and cats need a forever home and need love. And they are free and the workers will not rush you and they will make your experience the best.

    I loved this place compared to watermelon ranch. The facility is much nicer and the dogs seemed generally happier and the staff is really nice. I have one complaint. Whoever spayed her before I got her spayed her too soon. She was 3 months. Her stitches were terribly done and I’ve had nothing but issues with them and multiple vet visits since then and she’s now 6months. She may also be having secondary complications from her surgery that will have to be treated. It’s really sad and frustrating to have to deal with the aftermath of sloppy work.
