What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. The duality in this review, is deeply intertwined with why animals are amazing and people are horrible. The facility is a 4, the animals are also a 4 (they often have too many animals to care for and maintain their health appropriately)
The people who work here, obviously care about animals. Their wellbeing, their adoption, and I’m sure they do their due diligence to keep records on the animals housed in the ARC. However it’s to a fault. We were pressured, lied to and had experienced omitted behavioral conditions that inevitably put a loved one at risk because the employees selfish need to get the dog adopted (knowing full well that the particular canine specimen has deep seeded trauma that prevented the pup from having a successful rehoming in a family environment.) They wanted the dog to leave the facility so badly, that they withheld pertinent information about the dogs history until after the paperwork for adoption was signed. Even then, the information was watered down and omitted specific details that led to a dangerous situation. People who care for animals at the risk of human life are still bad people no matter how much they care for animals.

  2. The staff are friendly and all the kennels look clean, they also have very reasonable adoption prices and even offer free/discounted events for dogs and other services such as vaccines, adoption, and microchips! I like all the resources they offer you to help with whatever situation you’re in and while they may not be able to take every stray in all the time they offer a lot of help to you when they can’t. I like the place overall

  3. My dog got out of my yard while I was at work. Thankfully someone in my neighborhood found him and took him here. He didn’t have a tag, so they didn’t know who to contact. Luckily I saw a Facebook post from the Lady who took him there and I was able to find and pick him up. While he was there…they took EXCELLENT care of him by washing him, covering him up with a blanket (which they let me keep and take him home in it) and giving him food and water. It was a cold and rainy day. So his body temperature was very low. The whole experience was scary for me…but they did an A+ job. Great staff of very caring people.

  4. I tried calling numerous times today even left a message and of course no one called me back. I wanted to report a Yorkie running around the neighborhood…Id take him in but I already have two dogs of my own. I’m hoping that he doesn’t freeze to death tonight but I wanted someone to pick this little guy up so he doesn’t get hit by cars. No one returned my phone call and no one answered the phone. This poor dog will be on the streets again tonight.

  5. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to adopt a dog. My family was looking to add a new dog to our family and we decided to look here, best decision! We got the best dog. The people are great here, very informative about the animals, and always looking at what’s the best family for these animals.

Yesterday we adopted a kitten from the Humane Society. Our experience was fantastic. The staff was kind, attentive, and enthusiastic about our adoption. The adoption process was easy. Our new little guy is happy and was obviously well cared for during his time in the shelter.

So far, my partner & I have adopted 3 cats from this shelter. One female back in 2020 & two males just now (December 2022). The employees & veterinarians are very friendly, kind, and helpful people, they really seem to love what they do. The shelter is clean and all the animals healthy & well looked after. I totally recommend adopting and/or donating to this facility. Also, to add, we’re planning to switch veterinarians to this facility for all four of our cats’ regular checkups and all other health needs.

Recently adopted a dog from here (who is super sweet and gentle). The shelter and volunteers were great! They provided adequate time and space to interact with a dog, answered all questions, and were very helpful. They provide a small bag of supplies (which included some food that my dog had been eating). They also had some collars and leashes to purchase for a very reasonably priced fee – super nice!

The staff here were extremely friendly! Everything was very straightforward, and pricing was clearly explained prior to the appointment. I appreciated the vet and his assistant’s patience with my nervous dog during her annual shots. The location was also very clean and well taken care of.

I love this facility, it’s a shame It took so long to find them. I’m never leaving. They have full Control over my pets needs. I would fully recommend them to everyone. The Female vet there was Amazing. Never met anyone like her. 10 stars

Adopted a cat from here (being shown through PetSmart at the time) and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Not only did we find the missing piece to our family, the process was smooth and quick all thanks to Holly! Thank you for everything!

This review is way past due. We adopted our sweet Leo from Lifeline Rescue not realizing he was a very sick kitten. Lifeline was amazing throughout the process and undoubtedly saved his life! They provided the absolute best care and even called to check in on him/us throughout the weeks of nursing him back to health. Today he is happy and thriving and the big brother to another rescue after we sadly lost our 16 year old cat several months ago. We love our Leo and can’t imagine him not being a part of our family. Thank you for all that you’ve done and will continue to do! I think these pics say it all!

I adopted Salem from Lifeline in summer of 2020. I had been looking for a black kitty for quite some time and found him at the right moment. He has been such a sweetie and is full of energy. He loves to cuddle me especially when I’m having down days, which makes it especially hard to get out of bed! I am very thankful to Lifeline for bringing this baby into my life.

I walked in an was immediately engulfed with smell of urine. A cat was adopted that I later found to have diarrhea. I called an left messages; finally I got a live person. They were to call me back in a couple of days to send off a stool sample… that was 10 days ago. UPDATE: I wouldn’t know if someone were misrepresenting themselves as your company. Therefore; I wrote what I experienced at the location Google chose. If this location is not affiliated with your brand; there’s your problem, not with what I stated.

I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful group of people who run this rescue. They are so knowledgeable and genuinely love the kitties they save. They truly pour everything they have into the care of these animals. I found a tiny calico kitten abandoned by a feral mother. They got her into the vet quickly and advised me about her care. They were able to take her in and incorporate her with other little ones. This is a trustworthy, amazing rescue. I’d give 10 stars if I could. For anyone looking to donate to, or adopt from Lifeline rescue, do so with confidence. Thank you Lifeline, so very much for everything you do.
