What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Oh it was a splendid experience here! The cakes and drinks were all scrumptious. My drink was Mocha Latte and I really loved it given that both of the coffee and chocolate flavors were really there.

Anyone who hasn’t tried should give it a shot. Hope you’ll have the exact amazing moment as I had.

  2. Most of our meals were top notch. The only complain we have is that the mussels were not open… My personal favourite is the carbonara pasta with mushroom and chicken. It was almost full house when we arrived at 3pm, hence I’d recommend booking a table, which has a deposit of RM100. There is also toilet and surau in the premise, which I find convenient but didn’t use it though.

  3. Can see effort has been put into the food. Food is fresh and nice. Tried the pandan cake, it’s soft texture, but the cream is on the sweet side. Caramel latte is good.
Owner can consider no charge on plain water, as this shop food price is already on the high end, just for tea break with one plate main meal. And on top, there’s a +10%+6%. I have been to many cafes, where water is free and free flow. My friend brought me here. This is a good place for small chats.

  4. Had a wonderful evening here! The foods were nice. The mantou buns, crispy on the outside soft on the inside! The mussels were huge, mouthful. The tartar-like sauce gave a really whole different flavour when eating with the sweet potato fries. Their service was quite fast for Sunday tea time. Recommended to try here!

  5. The restaurant environment is clean and comfortable but could do with a little more soft materials to reduce ambient noise. Attentive and friendly service staff. The cakes are of quality…delicious. The western cuisine is very good. I haven’t tried the local dishes tho. Recommended!

They know thier ingredients well & they serve a very delicious combo. If I have 6 stomach I will like to try the whole menu after the 1st bite. Guess I have to come back again. The dessert section is really something part of the sky , just like tasting clouds and happiness in your hand. 100% recommended to try this place out

I came because of the overwhelmingly positive Google reviews to much disappointment First impression, true to its name, it looked hip from the outside, but as I entered it, it’s like being trapped in a noisy wooden box. The concept of an open kitchen is good, but it’s such a small space, despite existence of industrial kitchen hood, the dining space was reeking of smell of grease. The music was obnoxiously loud, my friends and I had to borderline yell at each other to be heard – for which we did request to the lady at the counter to tone down the volume but she just sniggered and said, “This is already the lowest we could go”. It’s so loud, none of the customers were talking to each other. The restaurant was well-lit but the ambience was dark The cutleries had grease stains too. Tried to wipe it with a dry tissue paper to no avail. Had to wipe with a damp one to do the job. It felt disgusting to use them but what option did we have? We ordered waffles – mine was cookies and cream waffle, my friend’s was strawberry something waffle. The two stars I gave were purely because of the crusty waffle and that was about it. I requested for salted caramel ice cream – I mentioned it twice. Still the one I was given was pretty sure vanilla instead. And it’s not even of good quality. It tasted like a mediocre Nestle or Wall’s ice cream which would not justify the price the restaurant charges – RM18.90. While the waffle had some crust to it, it’s deemed pointless with unnecessary whipped cream being slathered all over it making it soggy. I’d rather go to a waffle stall roadside and I’d get a more balanced waffle than I got here Certainly not returning

We’re here around 930pm on weekend, surprisingly was very crowded. It’s a joint with ‘THE BRGR’ shop. Below are my own personal opinion. The egg waffle for me was overrated and overpriced. It cost us RM24.90 but they are generous with the ice cream and service was fast tho. Personally won’t come back but worth the try once. Plenty of parking spaces.

Burger Okla. I still prefer BurgerLab. Waffle ok ok la. I still prefer Inside Scoop.

The desserts certainly look better than they taste. We tried the chocolate and caramel bubble waffles which looked amazing but the taste was average.

Staff very friendly. Waiting time was not too long. I came for dessert around 8pm. Not pack with peoples. Variety of menus. The place was nice and clean, nice place to hangout and for a quick catch. This is my third time coming here.

Gosh they tasted really good, and it was so satisfying to dig in each bite after the other, only to find gems, or in my case, berries, in the core of the desert. Definitely a good place to hangout and enjoy sweet stuff with friends 🙂

Its cozy place for you to enjoy cold dessert. The only thing the place is on the 1st floor not the on the ground. But all the dessert looks so beautiful and very delicious to eat. Visited here again on 31 july 2022. Tested the new menu. Frustrated with the croffle menu. Its not CROFFLE, its PRAFFLE which combination of paratha and waffle maker. Get me?
