We were pleasently surprised by the friendly attitude of the attending dentist Dr.Dhaleeka and her staffs The clinic was extremely clean and in prestine condition with state of the art equipment. While waiting,we were invited to use their Self serve Tea counter, stocked with quality Teas and Coffees . Treatment took aprox 1 hour and we very happy with the detailed treatment and the high level of professionalism show by the young Dr.Dhaleeka. Fees was very reasonal and affordable. I had a treatment here today.. The service is very fast and the doctor and the nurses is very attentive.. definitely would come to do a treatment here again and recommend more to my friends.. i brought my Kyrgyzstan friend here, he also love the treatment for value that this clinic provide..
I did braces treatment here. It was RM4,999 for conventional braces, Xray RM100, scaling is RM80. Monthly control for braces is only RM200. The price is quite affordable. They’ve male and female Dr. If you’ve made appointment, do come on time. If you’re late for more than 5 minutes, you’ve to wait more than an hour for braces treatment. You can walk in for monthly braces treatment but you’ve to wait more than an hour. The first few months I started my braces treatment, I’ve to wait more than 15 minutes after I’ve made payment just to get the receipt. Now, it’s better compare to before but I suggest to give a softcopy receipt for environment and future generations sake. The waiting area is comfortable, plenty of chairs and water dispenser. There’s ramp in front of the shop’s door for the handicapped. Dr Nat is the best, she’s very gentle and humble. Plenty of free parking in front of shop but usually it’ll be full during weekdays.
i swear the doctor i met in this clinic was the bestttt🥹 she is in bilik no 8, i forgot her name but she really comforted me so well throughout my extraction process😭 thank you doctor .. the service here is tip top
Terrible service… got appointment also need to wait such a long time for their dental services… almost one hour and this is not the first time, its been occurring several times already for the past few years. Service counter has the cheek to request to be punctual for the appointment but yet their service itself was way beyond punctual.
