What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Beautiful and instagrammable place, pleasant and colorful atmosphere, friendly staffs, hot tofu fa with red bean paste and pumpkin tong yuen tasted really good, its warm, light and comforting. Soy sundae was really yummy, delicious and rich. Highly recommended for all and especially the ones who are looking for plant based and vegan dessert, we will surely return 👍❤🍧🍨

  2. Dao is located at the same row with KhidThung Mookata but much further up.
    Yellow box parking available.

    Depending on the timing, sometimes there is queue and sometimes no. I came around 12pm, there is a bit of queue.

    Dao Nai (rm5.90) 500ml;
    I asked for less brown sugar but they say only comes with white sugar = strange. But dao nai is nice, not too thick and not too strong soya smell.

    Taufufah with Ginger Sugar (rm4.90);
    Taufufah is nice and smooth.

    Sundao Sundae Cone (rm5.20);
    Ice cream is sooo smoooth and delly but abit pricey for cone.
    Portion of ice cream given is decent but i can’t eat it fast enough before it starts dripping all over, kinda messy, better to take cup.

    Sundao Sundae Cup (rm8.20);
    I feel this is more worth it than cone.

    Can’t find any faults with Dao, their soya stuff are yumsss.

  3. Went to Dao after lunch for some dessert, and hit the spot! You could taste the nutty soy flavour. The texture was AMAZING, soft but not mushy. The only downside was that they only had a hot one available if you wanted brown sugar. I got the smaller sized one wuth pumpkin tangyuen, perfect for after a meal if you’re craving something sweet but not too filling! 9/10

  4. Awesome soy desert chain shop.

    Best soy ice cream in town…..

    Try once…. you will repeatedly visit to satisfied your craving if you are soy lover….

    The aroma emmmm… so unforgettable……
    Yummy….😋😋😋

    Recommended 😁👍

  5. The shaved ice ginger tang yuan — the shaved ice is rather coarse. And the tang yuan is very chewy and hard, maybe it’s because it’s cold. The taufufa is very soft and nice.

    Also, hygiene can be better with more regular clean up of tables and maybe a fly trap especially at the most inside tables.

    Went there for dessert and ordered a side of sweet potato fries. They were crispy and well seasoned so I really enjoyed it, the sweetness from the sweet potato also stands out a lot 😊. Also ordered the waffle and black sesame ice cream, it was very nice. The black sesame comes with two small sides for the ice cream, we picked the honey comb and red bean. The ice cream is very soft and the black sesame taste is quite strong. In terms of price, it’s reasonable, really recommend it if you want to try it out!

    At RM20 you can select the shaved ice flavour and 2 side dishes. Quite a lot to choose from, such as honey comb, osmanthus jelly, etc. Plain water is also provided for free. The taste and selections are nice and still taste the same, but the size and portion seems to have become smaller.

    This place is suitable for a family outing or a get together hangouts with friends. The food is simply satisfying especially the tuna mayo bun and the cream puff. Sad to say we couldn’t sample the waffle dishes as we were told that the machine broke down. Now that made us wonder… such a big outlet with so many customers and they have only ONE waffle maker? Hmm…. Whatever pun do also try the watermelon drinks. Really good and refreshing.

    Nice place for snacks and dessert. Shave ice is very fine and smooth hence the texture is quite close to ice cream. Wide choices of toppings available. Instructions on how to order is available right in front of the entrance. Pasta and snacks are also available on their menu. A good selection of fruit tea as well. Parking is always a challenge around this area.

    We love their concept it is very unique and a must try! The shaved ice cream is very good and soo delicious! You should try their waffles too! We just feel disappointed as we’ve already ordered the Egg Mayo Monster Bun Sandwich then it turned out that they’re out of stock. But they returned back the money of it. So far there are no complaint for the food as we are sooo happy and we enjoyed our foods to the fullest. Highly recommended!

    This is good place to have your dessert such as bomboloni, cream puff and cake. Really appreciate how the workers done the dessert all look delicious and yummy. Just the place to small can’t really enjoy your food and drinks. The prices for me quite fare. Will having the next visit soon.

    Just the right combo of pastry and cream for the bomboloni. Definitely a favourite of mine! I went there about 1pm and most of the flavours I wanted to try were gone but what they had wasn’t too bad either. The cream puffs did have a bit too much cream but the pastry was really good. Looking forward to trying more in the future.

    Located in ss14, on the weekends parking would not be hard to find. However the shop is very small and not suited for dine in. They have delivery platforms which causes the shop to be filled with delivery men with only 3 tables to seat. Also, they might want to improve on their operations as their staffs look very hectic to handle the crowd. Aside from that, the bombolonis here are ridiculously good. Nice soft bite with light sugar dusting paired with the abundant filling, definitely a place to revisit in the near future.

    LOVE their donut and Japanese cream puff. donut taste exactly like what i had at London before lockdown. not too sweet, but the flavour…. fuh! try it and u will love it. And the Japanese cream puff? crunchy outside and creamy inside.. so nice laaaaa….. 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

    My first time trying the bombolonis and creampuffs from Sugar And I. I bought combo box (2 bombolonis + 2 creampuffs). Taste so good! The bombolonis (Nutella & Raspberry Dream) are soft, fluffy and not too sweet. As for the creampuffs, they are packed with creamy vanilla bean custard filled and the Choux is crispy! Definitely will buy again if I’m around that area.
