For my initial visit to Fayetteville Family Chiropractic, I arrived early to find the parking lot not even half full. As I waited, more cars arrived just as others were leaving. It was obvious that people who were there for their appointments got in and out quite quickly.
After my first appointment, I realized this was true. I have always experienced very short wait times, as well as very friendly professional, well informed, well staffed front office personnel.
The waiting area offers a relaxed atmosphere with helpful chiropractic information sometimes being shown on the TV. There are also small white boards with thoughtful or encouraging quotes on each of the doors of the doctor’s. I also receive periodic thank you cards in the mail from my awesome doctor, who helped get me properly adjusted and set up the perfect plan, specifically to what my needs are.
Something else I appreciate, is the display of patriotism. From the flag poles outside, to the military decor inside, there is a feeling of pride for the USA and for those who serve and have served.
Fayetteville Family Chiropractic, also has an event area in their office that allows their patients to participate in seasonal or upcoming events, such as voting for the best decorated pumpkin at Halloween time, canned food drive, and currently there is a display to enter the Cape Fear Soap Box Derby. It’s good to see a business that is involved in the community where I live.

Everyone is kind, respectful, and professional. They make me feel welcome every time, even when i have my toddler with me throwing a fit sometimes during my appointments. If you are pregnant and looking for chiropractic services, this place is it. I have been going during my 3rd trimester (I have never tried it before while pregnant), and it has been great for my lower back pains. After an injury over 4 years ago that left me with crucial back and neck pain everyday, now the pain has lessened tremendously. I was taking pain meds for years, using heating pads, needing assistance getting out of bed and getting undressed. I could not open my bottom dresser drawers. It was difficult to walk most times, wash dishes every time, to even sit, stand, and sleep short periods of time.
Now, I may have taken pain meds twice since seeing Dr. Dave in one month. The stiffness and swelling is very minimal even in my feet. I can get out of bed by myself and stand and walk without even thinking about it now. I can open my bottom drawers as part of my exercise and proof that I’m better. I just take it slow. Dr. Dave showed me exercises and also told me which ones to stop doing.
It feels so good because I truly wondered if I would ever get better.
Dr. Dave proved it. He examined me and explained in detail my assessment and his plan for my improvement. And it’s working! He was God sent!
I look forward to my visits because his plan is bringing success to restore my quality of health. I’m loving my life again because I have the ability to move 90% better now. Hallelujah!
And his staff is inviting and prompt and Dr. Dave is exceptionally efficient!

Excellent staff. Let me start off by saying I am always fair in my reviews. I came to this practice with my cousin after his car accident, and I must say this staff goes above and beyond. The staff members that work at this office are simply outstanding. They made him comfortable and addressed his questions and concerns. While sitting and waiting I was speaking with a gentleman who was currently receiving services and he advised the services being rendered were helping tremendously. Clean office, friendly and helpful staff, clean restrooms, real -time testimonials. I know where to come if I ever need a Chiropractor. PS. And they couldn’t see me cause the other driver was not at fault! Left didn’t come back! They so badly wanted me to use the lawyer they network with!! A year later somebody hit me from behind and triggered pain from previous accident! Person insurance accepted responsibility and this place tried to get me to use this lawyer again and I said no! They kept saying they could t see me due to little impact to my car yet my X-rays showed trauma! I came in today to The Joint as a walk-in appointment and I am so glad I did! BEST CHIROPRACTOR EXPERIENCE EVER!
I immediately was greeted by Gina at the front desk who was so nice and she explained the company to me and how things work there and then gave me a tablet to fill out all my information. Then I was called back by Dr. Taylor and she is SO friendly and knowledgeable and just REALLY AWESOME at her job. I told her my concerns and she reassured me that she would be able to help, she answered all my questions and then I was able to get an adjustment that same day and that was also AMAZING! I will DEFINITELY be a regular patient from this day going forward! I HIGHLY recommend The Joint here in Fayetteville!!
Jennifer helped me initially, she is new as the location I went to hasn’t been open too long. She was knowledgeable and her customer service was A++. I bought a package from her and the way she explained how everything worked was super simplified. I 100% felt better after my visit. This was my first time seeing a chiropractor and will be going back next week.
It was my first ever visit and I felt so comfortable and heard! My needs were met and we came up with a wellness plan that meets my needs!! Dr Ellis was so professional and super funny and he was able to handle me being a larger woman!!
Just what I needed. This location doesn’t take x rays or referrals which is great. Since I already know my body issues, the first session was well worth it. Only$19 for military. This includes consultation with a Dr, and treatment plan. She even recommended a masseuse which helps my sciatica issues. First session also included treatment. Never heard so much popping from my body…After the first session there’s a package that’ll include the rest of the prescribed visits. Mine totaled $69 for the month. The first visit is scheduled, but the rest of the visits are just walk in. Definitely recommend, especially for maintenance/upkeep. Worth it!
Everyone has been so nice and understanding of my problems! Would definitely recommend! Prices are reasonable too. They don’t take insurance, but the plans they do have are really good.
