They’ve given me great exercises to help me recover from and live with herniated discs. My chiropractor listens to me, makes great recommendations, and thoroughly explains how to do the exercises and why. They also sent me a follow up email explaining my condition and illustrating the exercises. And there is an app I can use for the exercises too. I’m pain free most of the time after only two visits. They have evening hours which is perfect for my schedule. They also have a lot of options and resources so they tailored my treatment and plan specifically for me. I’ve always been able to schedule an appointment when I’ve needed it without any problems. The building is very clean and well maintained. The staff all seem to be smiling and happy. The staff even helps each other if they see a line backing up at registry on the way in or the way out. I’ve been seeing Dr. Eiselt and he’s helped me out a lot. He listens to me about my problems, makes suggestions and tries to get me aligned back to where I can function again. I started my son with Dr. Steve King when he was about 8 or 9 years old and it helped him tremendously. If you hate paperwork and want a pretty seamless experience, Norwood Chiropractic is the place to go. They have an online intake form that takes almost no time to fill out, and insurance paperwork is easy as well. I knew what my coverage was thanks to the quick work of the office staff.
As far as the visit went, Dr. Washam was awesome. He came in with knowledge of my issues due to the previously mentioned intake form. He was truthful that chiropractic would not solve all my issues but it could help. He is working on a plan for treatment that is tailored to me. This has not been my experience in the past as some chiropractors will not be realistic with you about treatment. I had never been to a chiropractor before and called Norwood Chiropractic hoping that they could see me. I was in their office at 9:00 am the following morning and on the road to recovery. Dr White immediately put me at ease and set a game plan to help me recover. He is thorough and his concern for his patients is so evident. I cannot praise this practice enough. First day of apt I was able to receive an adjustment instead of having to have several visits. Also X-rays were taken on first visit (not done at a lot of offices, even when I would ask for them.)I left feeling better than I have in months. High recommend!!!!
Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and professional. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly in a way I can understand. I leave the office feeling better every time. So far, I’ve had an amazing experience with Ripploh. I needed to see a chiropractor ASAP and they were super accommodating and saw me same day. The office staff is super friendly and hospitable, their “system” for keeping track of patients and scheduling is efficient and makes it very easy to self service should I need to make an appointment in a pinch. Dr. Ripploh was great as well. My adjustment was painless (even though I was in a lot of pain) and quick, and I really appreciated how empathetic and kind he was. I’m excited to go back!
