Excellent, the best Chiropractor I’ve ever been to. I don’t write these lightly so when I say he’s exceptional at his craft I mean it. He took, interpreted and created a plan from my X-Rays. Then backed it up with adjustments that genuinely improved my daily life. He popped what at least 10 Chiropractors never could. I love coming here! Navi at the front desk is friendly and sweet, and always ready to help. I’ve now seen both Dr.Flores and Dr.Nash, and I’ve had an excellent experience with both. They are polite and knowledgeable, and very cautious as well. They make sure I am comfortable during my adjustments. I love the affordability of all the plans as well. The price is right and so are the people!
I have been getting regular adjustments for the past two years, but recently switched to this practice. I have been going to The Joint on Penn for a few months now, and I feel better than I ever have! They give quality adjustments and make sure I feel better before leaving, not to mention it is extremely affordable. I know they are probably struggling with being short staffed and what not, but I never see it! The entire staff is always so friendly, nice, and courteous. Especially the front staff, Aisha and Navi. I usually get adjusted by Dr. Flores who is awesome! He seems to really care about my spine and my health and I always feel a lot better after getting adjusted. Today I got adjusted by Dr. Harrison and he did a great job! He spent time checking the muscles in my back and neck for tightness and locating specific areas, which makes all the difference. I highly recommend this place!
This one star review is not to say that The Joint is entirely bad, but I was very unsatisfied with my experience and I want to share all this info to help others in my position who are expecting something different.
-IF YOU ARE EXPECTING AN ADJUSTMENT FOR $29 be prepared to be simply “seen” by a dr and then promptly guided back to the front to sign up for a subscription to come in for real treatment. Their goal is not assessment and adjustment, their goal is to sign you up for a $80+ subscription wellness plan.

I have been under chiropractic care for about 10 years. Dr. Gerald Flores is the best chiropractor I have seen. I have been seeing Dr. Flores weekly for a little under a year. He listens to concerns and puts together a comprehensive care plan to address problem areas. I highly recommend Dr. Flores! I’m so grateful to have found him.
Alex is warm and welcoming. He always greets with a smile and makes you feel right at home, as well!

We’ve been members for a couple of years, and are always satisfied with our service. Tonight we were running late, but Navi and Alex reassured us we were okay, and got us checked in. Dr Flores & Dr Nash were kind enough to still see to us, and we’re both feeling better already!
