Dr. Johnsen might be one of the most intelligent and wholesome people I’ve ever met. His practice has everything you can ask for from the technology to the music. I’ve had chronic neck and back pain for years and have tried numerous different approaches from acupuncture, cupping, yoga, stretching 2x/day, other chiropractic work, and nothing worked. However, Dr. Johnsen was confident he had a solution- and to my pleasant surprise he did. The IDD therapy is a cutting-edge especially equipped with Thor’s laser. I only went to him last because of a bad review regarding his pricing. However, it only took 1 visit and I felt amazing! My fall was severe, but the Dr.’s treatment was phenomenal! The machines he uses are incredible. But the best part is I didn’t even need to come back for 2 months. I’ve fallen down my stairs before and Dr.’d for weeks over it, but this fall was my worst and it only took 1 visit! Dr. Johnson is the best Chiropractor I’ve ever had the experience of seeing. I give Dr. Thomas and his assistant a 10/10!!!! I’m all about feeling out the vibes of places and the vibes are GREAT at Access Family Chiropractor. Every appointment with Dr. Thomas is a comfortable, professional and educational visit. For the past 10 years I have been suffering from severe headaches, back pain and carpal tunnel in both of my hands. Thanks to this wonderful family practice I no longer suffer from this ailments and I am able to live a pain free life.
Started my self-care journey with fixing my posture. This place has exceeded my expectations thus far. I’ve been going for a few weeks and the difference I notice in my posture and body is crazy and amazing. The staff is so friendly and easy going. Scheduling is a breeze, we get text reminders. Insurance covers initial visit and services. Dr.Thomas is very respectable and kind. He answers all my questions and concerns/doubts. Kid friendly! I had to bring in my munchkin and the staff do such an amazing job making him feel welcomed. He loves the stickers he gets at the office 💗

I’m a teenager that has had lower back pain for a while and I was always scared of chiropractors but when I started coming here, I started to see the improvement in my back and how my back would not hurt as often as it used to and Dr. Thomas makes you feel welcomed and have a comfortable experience. Definitely recommend!!
I’m 20 years old and have been having lower and upper back pain for a few years now. I was nervous finding the right chiropractor but after my sister started going here, I decided to try it out too. I’m so glad I did! Dr. Thomas and his staff are super welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. After 4 visits, I already feel a difference in my back pain. 10/10 recommend coming here!

He can crack a back…sorry adjust your back. Just don’t rely on much else without a headache. Small office full of excuses.
I thought I wrote a review when he was pushing them to all his clients (note the influx of reviews in one span). I recently announced I was no longer going to be a client. I was forgotten to be put back on the schedule a half dozen times since I started in 2016. For a month straight I was given an appointment time that was announced didn’t work with my schedule if I was put on at all. (and NO, I’m not just walking in…) Although he can do his job, he lacks professionalism! He will talk down to you so have thick skin.
Oh and check your payments vs what insurance says you should be paying. He’ll be dodgy and blame his 3rd party biller every time. I asked in the beginning of December for my detailed billing. Was told it would be 7-10 days if they were backed up and my final charge would be on 1/3/2023…when I told them they took the wrong amount, he just told me to go back to my 12/5/2022 email that stated what should have been done. Instead of taking time to look into it, he quickly replied and once again…made sure I felt small. We are hovering 14 business days since my request. All I asked for was an update. A normal business would either not reply so quick or say “looking into it”…nope, he and his team did the opposite.
Any concerns I brought up (like wanting x-rays post an accident – that he yelled at me for talking with the workman’s comp insurance company) were ignored. I asked for 2 years on and off about x-rays as things were not getting better and the pain was more consistent. He has an x-ray machine upstairs and although stairs were hard for me, I would have easily gone upstairs and had them done for his fee. After some issues with my PCP ordering the right ones…turns out I have bone spurs! I relayed that to Dr Thomas and he told me that it shouldn’t cause my pain and that’s not the issue…really doc?? multiple bone spurs ON my spine aren’t going to correlate to the pain radiating from my spine, my muscle spasms (that get so bad I give myself whiplash – he did diagnose that right somehow). It’s literally part of a chiropractors job to work to diagnose and treat the pain and he wanted me to ignore the diagnosis.
