  The staff were friendly. Owner was not. Felt like just another number. I actually tried going a few times. Their paperwork is a complete wreck. Don’t bother doing it online because it’s outdated. The two hours you spend deciphering improper English will just have to be reimplemented when you go into the location in person. After you redo the paperwork, you’ll finally be led back for an employee to come ask you all the same questions… for a third time. “No, my baby is not a smoker.” “No, my 6 month old has never gotten tattoos.” (Not exact questions but they are close).
  Finally, when all the paperwork is done (about 2 hours on top of whatever you spent at home), the main chiropractor will see you. She will then tell you, “I guess your pain, or WHATEVER (with an eye role)…”
  My baby cried hysterically every time that they were adjusted. I’ve been to other chiropractor places where my baby will jump into the chiropractor’s arms and just giggle with them while they’re being adjusted. It’s certainly not my baby.

  Bakersfield Family Chiropractic has been a blessing to our family. We love the personalized care plans and evaluations that are done for each family member.

  My experience from day one was nothing short of amazing! The entire staff has been exceptional! Everyone is so friendly and the environment of the whole office is different (good different) from any other chiropractic office I have ever been in. They truly are dedicated to promoting a better quality of life from new born babies to aging folks. It shows in their program as they provide custom treatment plans for each individual based on their own needs. Y’all I mean X-rays and everything!!!

  Since starting the program last year, I have experienced MAJOR RELIEF from old injuries that I thought I would otherwise be stuck with for the rest of my life. We’re talking decades of significant pain gone!! That huge release of pain has helped me shift my mindset from barely getting through each day to thriving. My body has shifted from throwing all of its energy at dealing with the pain and having nothing left, to now having little to no pain, more energy and better sleep than I had before. The change has been so drastic that I was able to convince my husband to come get an assessment. Since then, Dr. Perry and Dr. G have been working through his old injuries for relief as well.

  I have been a patient at BFC for 6 months now and all I can say is Wow! I have been living in pain for so many years and finding this place was my saving grace! All of the staff are so friendly, they make you truly feel like family. Dr Perry, Dr Stephanie, and Dr Gomez are all incredible chiropractors, they give me so much knowledge each visit. I would recommend this office to everyone if you are looking for doctors who have true care and concern for your well being and health.

  My experience with Dr. Perry was good. However, At times it always felt rushed. The staff was always friendly. I think my biggest issue was when I waited for my turn and Dr. Perry’s wife would give me my adjustment, because she’s also a chiropractor at this office, it was no more than 3 minutes. It was a quick press on my back and then she would use the pressure gun and send me on my way. It was not the kind of adjustment that made me feel better or relieved from pain. I purchased a package of 12 adjustments. But towards the end it felt like a waste of money because if Dr. Perry himself wasn’t giving me the adjustment, and I got it from his wife, it was just rushed. He’s seems like a great chiropractor and does take a bit more time with his patients, but she’s not great at all and looks mad half the time. I finished my paid treatments and decided to go else where.

  Great experience from start to finish. Dr Brooks’ office was able to take me in on such a short notice. Sent me to get X-ray and then discussed the plan to move forward. The treatment plan is affordable, he provided me with different payment options which was good to have. Paying lump sum on the bill helped reduced cost due to less filing/paperwork on both ends (thank you HSA for coming through for the rainy days!). Service is great all around between the doctor and his staffs. Shannon at the front desk is the real MVP. I finished my 36 visits and meeting the doctor for final review. Happy to say that I haven’t felt the back pain I used to feel prior to the treatment and have been more mindful on my body posture to alleviate future potential pain.

  I have been going to the Neck and Back Treatment Center here in Bakersfield California for three months and I MUST say that Dr Brooks and his wonderful team have taken my bone on bone knee that I couldn’t walk on in the which I had to use a walker to be mobil have treated me and now I can walk without my walker which means simply this; ” The Cold Laser Treatment Works “. If you want to get treated without having to go anywhere else, come to Dr Brooks office and get treated. There are no gimmicks, no tricks and no worries because Dr Brooks gives it to you straight. He told me that if I want to get well or better, just do what I tell you and I did and I can get around without any help. If you have issues with your knees, back or any other issue with pain and mobility, get to Dr Brooks office STAT!!!! And he and the miracle workers as His The Team will treat you right like family.
