2 months agoThe service was not good, it took nearly 30 mins to be helped. When I finally got my order,I asked for hot sauce and the employee their responded with a slight attitude. The last thing was the size of the 4pcs of chicken they served in my deal box. 2 of those pieces were the size of a chicken wing or the size of one of the sauce packets.4 months agoLove KFC chicken spices, however prices continue to rise over $40 for family bucket size. I now only order the 4 piece meal. Perfect for 2. You can also select which sections of the chicken you perfer which includes; 1 side, drink & biscuit for about $14.4 months agoPopeyes is way better and bigger. I got two orders of chicken nuggets the 8 piece they was so small there more for little kids under 5 years old . The add make the nuggets look so big on TV or in the window at KFC.. I can go to McDonald’s and get bigger nuggets. If I didn’t have to go back to work I would of got my money back. One bite nuggets. Not again. I could of went to the store and got a bag of nuggets and got my money Worth..3 weeks agoMost of my order was correct other than them not knowing the difference between white and dark meat!3 months agoThe management here are a bunch of thieves, I had a check arrive at the store and one of the employees cashed it and forged my signature. The manager Carina doesn’t know what she’s doing and her assistant aurora sits in the office all day and does nothing. How can a check go missing ? Carina is a terrible manager, all she does all day is joke around with the employees and play on her phone. If I were you I would take my business elsewhere since the management doesn’t care about their employees or customers. This store is unfortunately not the same that it used to be

5 months agoI have cravings for Kentucy fried chicken sometimes and love the flavor of fried chicken, mashed potato, and coleslaw. As I pulled in the parking lot one of staff is cleaning the window glass outside and the inside was pretty clean and organized. I got to order right away and in few minutes my order was order. So I came home and eat most of it. I recommend this location.11 months agoWas greeted by a friendly employee when i walked in. Restaurant looked clean and well organized. Was able to order rather quickly, the line moved very fast. Food was made in timely fashion, wait was about 5 minutes. Food was hot, tasted fresh and my sandwich was made correctly, no pickles. Overall great experience, definitely will be back here again.2 months agoThe chicken nuggets were great just wish they were the size the commercials make them out to be. They were very small. Came in a little box for a very small child. They were very tasty. But the portion for the price was ridiculous. Food was good. We tried the chicken and waffles. The waffles kind of tasted like a donut and didn’t need much syrup, which was pretty cool. The staff was nice enough. Most of the tables had crumbs all over them and we had to ask for lids. It was a fine enough experience though.
They have an over abundant workforce that’s very under trained. The worker actually STOLE my change. None of the 4 meals I ordered were correct. The sodas weren’t marked. Were we’re given one napkin for 4 meals. No utensils at all.The drive thru worker stole my change claiming his drawer was short. All the cooks and cashiers were visibly confused at what they were supposed to do even though there was only one car behind us in the drive thru and there was no one visible inside. This store clearly needs to be re-staffed, especially management. In the picture you’ll notice coleslaw and yet none of the 4 meals we ordered were supposed to have coleslaw.
won’t let you call in orders, can’t help apply coupons to orders, the ‘virtual assistant’ asinine option is moot because no one is ever available to help. probably serving mutated birds anyways.
I ordered mashed potatoes and corn and received cole slaw instead of corn. Very disappointed 😞. The box emptied the contents when I picked it up, fortunately over the bag (still bad). I haven’t ordered from KFC in over 20 years and I was most disappointed ☹️. The crispy was just shy of original.
I ordered a 12 piece family meal and once I got home I noticed the chicken looked old it wasn’t crispy at all and there was a long black hair on one of the chickens I wish I could’ve tooken it back but I wasn’t able to due to my car over heating …. I was really looking forward to some good kfc this the first time I experienced this at kfc do better
