  1. I was in a car accident and was referred to the Toledo injury center. At first I was very apprehensive about seeing a chiropractor. I had heard stories from people that made me cringe. But the experience Ive had with Dr. Bourawi has totally changed my mind. He is excellent with his patients, explains everything in a manner that you can understand, and he puts you at ease from the very first visit. He is honest and up front about what course of treatment he can provide for you. The girls at the front desk are always greeting you with a smile and are extremely flexible with scheduling. Overall I would recommend and refer anyone I know that needs this type of medical treatment to go to the Toledo injury center.

  2. My own experience was very warm the girls there are very nice and polite. Doc is nice as well very helpful, explains everything very well I like how he gentle with me when I’m not feeling the greatest or in pain the day of visit he eases into it I like therapists she’s very kind I give it a 4 out of a 5 you guys are good I would recommend you to my family and friends.

  5. I give this place 5 and a half stars the ladies at the desk are kind and make sure you are always together. And the physician/specialist is quick to address you and your needs as well adjust your body to get you back to feeling better one day at a time

    I came to Dr. Mike after 8 months of terrible excruciating back pain from a bulging disc, after the first adjustment it felt 80% better. I have continued my treatments with him and now feel brand new. My back feels fantastic, and I am gladly continuing my treatments with him to strengthen my injury. The office staff is wonderful and inviting, and it’s a very understanding environment. They take the time to listen and explain what’s wrong step by step so you fully understand. I went in without insurance and there prices are very competitive for the treatment. I would recommend them for anyone experiencing any back issues.

    In just a couple short weeks, Dr. Mike had me feeling so much better. The staff are so friendly and down to earth. Dr. Mike listens to all your concerns and does what he can to help. I would definitely recommend Foundation Chiropractic Clinic to anyone needing chiropractic care.

    I love this chiropractor office. The staff is amazing. I was experiencing severe back pain before finding Dr. Jajuga . I’ve been coming here for several weeks now and my back has made amazing progress. I especially love Theresa. She really sweet and if you were ever in a bad mood before coming in you would definitely leave happy because she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Also I love how she was with my daughter. And everytime I bring her with me she has her arms open and ready for Theresa. I would definitely recommend coming to their office and getting the best care you could ever ask for

    Great place . Dr has done wonders for my back at this time. Other chiropractors have just not done near as well. Many options for therapy as well as The Doctors alignment procedure. Also very friendly personnel on site. I recommend foundation chiropractic to everyone now. Happy Days!

    I love this place. I’m a local PA student having lots of trouble with the aches and pains from constantly looking at screens & studying as well as exacerbations of previous issues. Dr. Mike has taken my previous ailments into consideration with everything currently. This office wants to help the whole person, you’re not just looked at for what’s wrong with you. Staff is great and they try to help in anyway they can. Great patient-provider relationships. I know I am able to survive PA school because of them! Each time I leave I feel a sense of relief 🙂 My pain has drastically decreased since first walking in!

The facility is also very nice, modern and clean. After our initial X-rays, we were put on a wellness plan and I feel safe and heard with our issues.     All of the Doctors and staff are amazing. After a few months of regular visits I have the least amount of pain I’ve had in over a decade. I’m able to walk without pain shooting down my legs and am able to be more active. I’ve even lost some weight (about 25 pounds) since starting treatment. I wish I would have come to Fairwood Chiropractic sooner.

    Honestly, I usually wouldn’t leave a review but I was hounded by their automated texts so often, I decided to give them what they asked for. The staff is very attentive. They make sure to learn your name and address you personally when you arrive and exit. The office is very clean, very modern and beautifully decorated. I believe the doctors have integrity but it’s a drive through chiropractor with elevated pricing. The physical therapy is DIY. I visit 1 time per week and it’s close to $200 a month. I won’t name anyone but I prefer 1 of the 3 drive through doctors but there’s no choice. You get who comes to you. I’m planning on canceling my “membership” soon.

    Very kind and professional staff. Office makes you feel very comfortable. Dr.Rahman was very detailed in explaining how to fix and maintain my back soreness. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Definitely recommend!!
