Such a wonderful experience with CCH Florist!
I was googling for a florist to send a wreath in Malacca (as I am based in Singapore) and I chanced upon CCH Florist. I WhatsApp them if they can deliver to a particular address as I am not sure if it is possible due to Covid situation and I got a reply from Kim almost immediately. The ordering process is a breeze and Kim is just so awesome. She responded very quickly as she know I need to send the wreath to the wake the next day and she helped me to complete the process as soon as I sent her the required details. So I submitted the order yesterday night and the wreath was delivered to the wake this morning! The flowers are very fresh and the wreath is beautifully arranged. I am totally impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Kim and CCH Florist.
The Best Florist I have dealt with. Managed to deliver a wreath within an hour. Even in KL i could find anyone compared to CCH Florist. Reasonable pricing as well. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Booked and paid for a bouquet of flowers online on wednesday online went to the shop to pick up on saturday after work. Went to the shop but was told by an old fat auntie that i had to wait, i told them that i have booked the flowers since wednesday and its almost 3 working days notice, and that old fat auntie gave load of reasons saying alot of orders, want to provide customers fresh flowers, etc so will need to wait. The expectation would be to go into the shop to pick up the flowers as it should be ready on the day. Auntie, i would have given u more respect if u would have just apologised and told me you forgot my order. They thus proceed to simply whipped up a bouquet of flowers which i have ordered in 5 minutes to send me away, in which i felt cheated and pushed away because they are too busy. Auntie since you are so busy i will take my business else where. Poor service and customer relation. I would have given u more integrity and respect if u have been honest towards your customers. Be careful.
