Mayra is an absolute pleasure to deal with, she was very knowledgable, accommodating, and friendly. The room we set up in was beautiful, very spacious, and well equipped.   4. Yesterday’s “Howdy Y’all Happy Hour” was a blast. Everything went smoothly. Good move on the microphone to address the residents. FitCasa & Staff performed well. The games and music were great. The highlight was the dinner. A big TEN for the chef and servers. The food was fabulous. Ready for another BBQ roundup with this caterer. Thank you FitCasa and Staff for the festivities!!!

  5. The maintenance team at Camden Royal Oaks is outstanding! I submitted a work order to replace my lights on the microwave and Vega, the employee, came the same day to repair the problem. Thank you Vega!

    We’re going on our 3rd year living at Laurel Point Senior Apartments. Living here has always been good, but no matter where you live there’s always room for improvement. Laurel Point looks to be always striving to do better. Our property manager Shirley is doing her best to communicate better with residents. It’s good to see her walk the property to observed and to greet residents. Most residents are on a fixed income, but the rent continues to increase. I pray that the owners of this gorgeous property lower the rent to $800 for a duration.

    I have been living at the laurel point senior apartments for the past 5 months and love it here. Maintenance is quick to respond the office manager shirley is awesome and quick to address any concerns. Its peaceful and quiet and the other residents are friendly. I’m comfortable

    I have only been here a short while but it already feels like home. The apartment is beautifully updated and spacious. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. Shirley has been wonderful during the move in process. She is always making sure everything is going well. I’m so happy to call Laurel Point my new home!

    What a great property, I stopped by to get information on the property for my grandmother. Sha was there and she was a great help for me, she was able to break things down and really Outline what to expect in the property if my grandmother were to stay there. Based on my initial experience I will definitely be looking forward to going back to get further information and hopefully the property I choose for my grandmother.

    I would give this 0 stars if it was an option. It is the worst apartment on earth and should not be considered a safe senior living environment at all! My mother lived here for many years, upon initial management it was not a terrible place. They used to have activities and such for the residents. It progressively has been run down and become just unsafe. The gates never work, the elevators are frequently broken and do not work. Remember there are senior residents on the 4th floor and quite often they get trapped up there!!! There has been gang violence on the property from visiting family members and constant crime and car break ins. Upon vacating these apartments, it was mentioned to the apartment manager that our reason for leaving was because of safety concerns…. and i quote “The gates here are not for the protection of the residents but to protect our property” The office staff literally has no care for the safety of the residents and they will take advantage or your loved ones.

    Property management has greatly improved with new manager Shay. She is so nice and wonderful to all tenants. But mgmt policy for unit repairs and renovation still needs to progress. Never change carpets, never paint. If only they would do that, I have no other complaints. We love Shay

    I am saddened to say how bad the management(Rita C.) have been treating my mother. She has been living here for over 10 years. A simple security request to have a door lock fixed turned into, “You can move if you want to.” How absurd! Very condescending. Also, there have been alot of violence on the premises and hazards. They have not replaced or cleaned the carpet in years, no vent replacement, mold is beginning to grow, etc! I can not wait to get her away from this community. Just this week a lady died over the weekend and the police had to break the door down because management did not want to open the door or assist in any way. So, I know my mother is not safe!
