  1. This is the 1st dentist I’ve ever been to that I absolutely love! Every single person that works here is so sweet. The dentist explained everything, through the whole process. Sarah was my hygienist and she is the absolute best. I believe Kayla was also my hygienist and she was awesome too.
    I do not like going to the dentist and this was my 1st time ever having a great experience.

  2. everybody was very excellent. The staff was very kind. The nurse Sarah was amazing and very cordial.

    I was able to be seen the same day and have a procedure done the same day. They called me back early in the morning which worked very well with my schedule. I called several dentists and they were the first ones to call me back very early in the morning. I also had a review from a coworker and the review was high. I agree with this review

  3. They got my 80 yo mother in within a day. Everyone was super nice and caring. She doesn’t have dental insurance and they gave us a good price.
    The dentist was very nice too.
    The facility was very clean too.
    I would use them again.

  4. It was awesome, your employees on 103rd Street are the best and very gentle and kind. I will not go to any other DENTIST, HE IS AWESOME!!!!! DR. R. Is the best. He is gentle and he is the best at giving shots. Thank you for all your help. All the employees are very polite and caring.

  5. Dr, Williams was great, he was easy to talk too, had a friendly spirit, I felt comfortable asking him questions, and I feel confident in him performing surgeries. I love the office, the atmosphere, the front desk, and my dental assistant that pulled me back. I waited 10 minutes to be pulled back as a new patient and was out of there with a treatment plan post x-ray, evaluation, and discussion within 30 minutes. I left with full knowledge of my issue and the best way to resolve it within such little time. I have 6 years of medical experience myself so I do at times in my head evaluate haha but overall great experience! 🙂

    The staff and doctors are wonderful here! Absolutely love the work they’ve done and actually feeling comfortable to be at the dentist. We had a little snag with billing that felt unnecessary but ended up being straightened out. Which is why I’m still giving it a 5 stars. Definitely will still recommend going.

    Today, I had a big day ahead of me! I was getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed along with 6 cavity fillings. I was nervous, I had prepped myself for this for weeks because I chose to be awake for this procedure because it was more cost effective. Dr. Patel would check on me and ask if I was doing okay, he made sure I didn’t feel pain AT ALL. The staff at Dental Center of Jacksonville are absolutely AMAZING, along with Dr. Patel! They made sure I was 100% comfortable, talked me through what was going on, thorough post op instructions, even gave me a blanket to make sure I wasn’t cold! Dr. Patel and Mary were gentle (as much as they could be obviously) and even made light of the situation with a few jokes here and there. Mary was so personable and I loved that I could talk to her like a friend I’ve known for years. She knows what she’s doing! She was such a doll. As well as the beautiful woman at check in, she is SO SWEET!!! This makes such a difference for me and my experience, it made it even better! I couldn’t ask for a better Dental Office! Thank you so much!

    My son just posted a review under my profile. But I have to post one of my own. We relocated from California about a year ago and I have to be honest I have not received the best medical care so this dentist appointment was either gonna make or break my feelings about my health and dental care here in Jacksonville. I have to tell y’all the Dental Center of Jacksonville have given me hope! There are still businesses out here who provide excellent customer service WITH quality care!! I’m in love with my new dental office and honestly I didn’t think i would find anyone who would compare to the service I received in California…God bless you guys…see y’all soon❤️

    If I could rate them 10 stars, I would! Where do I even begin? First, I should say I haven’t been to the Dentist in 30 years. Surprisingly have not had dental issues. However, last week, I developed some severe pain all at once, and three teeth on one side of my face I was in pure agony. I called this office in hopes to get an appointment immediately and I did. The office staff from the front desk, people, to finance, to their hygienists and of course, Dr. Patel were absolutely top notch! Excellent bedside manner from everyone, patience, understanding, and listened. Being a larger patient, and having high blood pressure, Dr. Patel was extremely careful and requested a clear for my cardiologist before they removed the teeth. While this delayed getting relief ,I was appreciative of his concern. Dr. Patel prescribed me antibiotics and also a steroid to take for pain while I waited 24 hours to get my appointment he had me come in Saturday at noon. He graciously fit me in between all the other patients who have already had their appointments. I was forever grateful. Being absolutely terrified of the dentist. He made this trip as painless as he possibly could. I wish I could remember the hygienist name but both of them from the first day, and the day of the surgery were absolutely amazingly, sweet ladies. They walk me through everything step-by-step I could not recommend this office more! I am now a little over 24 hours since the removal and feel amazing. Thank you, Dr. Patel and your staff!

    We are a first time patient and we are impressed. It is an amazing place to visit and to get your teeth done. The place is clean, the staff are nice, friendly and caring.     I will always recommend this place. They are very professional and make sure you are comfortable. I’ve had 2 teeth pulled here and each time the Dr made me feel calm and comfortable explains the process every step of the way. I always leave feeling better then when I go in.     Very passionate feelings in there, very professional, passionate, caring workers and doctors that take pride in their jobs, patients, and what they’re doing. They go over and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and ok while you are there. When you are at a dentist and they make you feel as if you will be taken care of as if you are one of their family members that’s where you want to be at. I haven’t felt that way since my teenage years, thank you all. You all are awesome and what makes going to the dentist great even for children, I’m so glad, that I choose your dentist’s office.     Excellence, Jojo was an angel, the doc was very professional and took care not to hurt me. I didn’t have the best teeth but I don’t feel judged for it. The girls at the front were wonderful and helpful. Doc took the time to explain the options and I ended up having an extraction. Quick and painless. Highly recommended.

    This place is a 5 stars. I went in on a Sunday it was quick . I got both of my wisdom teeth pulled the same day less than an hour. I only paid $361 it was very reasonable. The doctor who took out my teeth was very calm & understandable. The staff was very nice & talk me through the procedure. Will be coming back to get the other two pulled

    Best experience I have ever had with a dentist! Dr Frazier was so kind and seems to really care about patients! The young lady assisting him was extremely kind also! If every dentist had the commitment to care that Dr Frazier clearly has, less people would have anxiety regarding visits to the dentist. Went in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction at 8am, went back for X-rays within 15 min and was out of the chair by 9am! This was an awesome visit and I really appreciate the entire team!! Thank you again, everyone!
