First I had to wait 4 months to even start the treatment and now while trying to reschedule appointment due to work schedule (I work in a hospital and it is hard to schedule appointments a month or two ahead) I was told I had to wait another 4 weeks for first available appointment… my treatment should be every 4 weeks (not 8 weeks). I really wish I could remember names because the front desk lady was super polite. My appointment was at 9 am. I got there a few minutes before they even opened (they open at 9) and I had to use the bathroom. She let me in with no hesitation, and was super nice as she checked me in. I waited no more than 5 minutes to be seen. The inside of this place is super cute I would like to add. Anyways, the NP that I was being seen by was amazing. I told her what I wanted and she gave me a few options but at no time tried to upsell me, and told me to go with the initial amount of units I was interested in to see how I liked it, as I could always get more later on. She talked me through where the needle would be injected and why. Honestly just an all around enjoyable experience. SEV Laser Los Gatos is great! I live in San Mateo County, but I travel down to Los Gatos because they offered a great Groupon price. I paid for 6 sessions for 2 different areas. I just had my 4th session and love the results so far! I have been going every 4-6 weeks and have noticed a huge decrease in hair growth. I plan on completing 10-12 sessions because I do have thick/ dark body hair. Also, you can get appointments easy, just do it in advance! The staff is always very nice and welcoming. And the technician is always kind, respectful, knowledgeable and precise. They always ask me the right questions for precautions and truly care about their clients. Great place 🙂
My experience here is always amazing. Kristina Jackie and Sara at the front desk are so warm and welcoming. They work in harmony together. They make you feel so comfortable and answer all the questions I have. Bridget was my nurse and she was so precise and clear on what she was using on me. She’s very informative and cared about my comfortability during the whole process . Thank you SEV lady’s you are all so wonderful.
This was my first time having laser hair removal and the ladies at SEV made this a great experience. Jackie was very kind while checking me in for my appointment. Julia, who did the treatment, made sure I was well informed and comfortable the whole time. I didn’t hesitate to schedule my next appointment while I was there because of the lovely experience I had.
Such a nice place. The nurses are so nice and make you feel conformable. The only thing I recommend is that the front desk greets everyone so they feel welcome. The person there did not welcome me in and I felt awkward. I can’t wait for my next appointments.
Amazing Service from front desk to In treatment room lasers are top tier! Coming here for a few years for multiple areas. Prices are amazing compared to laser away(over priced) also have a great Groupon for first timers!!

I book online and it’s sooooo convenient and easy. Even when I want to book last minute I can always find something. Also just learned they added more rooms and staff!! So booking will be a lot easier and more frequent!
