  1. We had a lovely night out at Ovation Bistro & Bar. This place showed up on my OpenTable app. The Ceaser salad was my favorite dish of the night, very fresh, and the dressing was perfection. The White Sangria wasn’t that tasty; I should have tried the red. NEXT TIME.

  2. This place was amazing. We celebrated my sons 14th birthday with family and they made his day memorable. The GM came by our table and was very welcoming. Our waitress went above and beyond and was super sweet. The food was delicious! There were so many options to choose from. Let’s just say we will be coming back and we will definitely recommend this place to our many friends and family.

  3. First visit. Overall disappointed by the atmosphere, service and food. Server seemed to have a hard time hearing the customers over the dining room conversations, which caused incorrect orders. Booths and tables weren’t comfortable. Burger and chicken breasts were extremely dry, fries weren’t fresh, no presentation, and we waited over 30min for our main course. Appetizers were okay but the main entrees were a huge disappointment. We shared the feedback with our waitress and the management offered a free dessert for our troubles. You don’t know until you try a place. I hope you have a more pleasant experience, it just wasn’t in the cards for us.

  4. Not to bad. The Food was good but the service was okay… To start off, we over heard another table ask for bread so we asked for some as well. The server brought it out to us with no problem. One would think if you’re going to offer bread while a customer waits for food, the customer shouldn’t have to ask for it. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Plenty of parking. Food Portion size was good as well. We’ll have to try another location to compare service. In my opinion if my service is great, I’ll come back even if the food as good as another place. My experience is important

  5. This place was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Atmosphere was great. The food was on point cooked to perfection. Presentation was great. Gave 4 stars on service, because though our server was great – our server was also the hostess, the bartender, the waitress and possibly the cook. Water refills and entrees took a little longer than expected. lt was mid day on a Saturday, maybe understaffed, but if this can be addressed it would have been PERFECT!

    We visited Frisco’s on a busy Saturday morning, but we were still able to be seated pretty rapidly. We were dining with baby and stroller, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and gave us an easy to access. The mimosas were very delicious with good seasonal options. I tried this seasonal prickly pear of mimosa and would definitely recommend it as it is a unique twist on a traditional brunch beverage. The menu was lacking in strict vegetarian options, but it was easy to edit some of the other options and I ended up ordering off of the lunch menu a beyond burger. I also enjoyed eating the sweet bread that we ordered for the table. Overall, a lovely place to dine outdoors, great service, and fresh food!

    Judging by my Shrimp & Grits dish, I would give this place 6 stars if I had the option. These were probably the best grits I ever had, perfect texture, amazing flavor. Shrimp was fabulous, and so was the gravy on top. My husband’s Cobia was very good too. The place looks great and the service was nice. We will return for sure!

    What a nice brunch location tucked in downtown Lakeland. We got lucky and beat the crowd. By the time we left there was an hour wait. Service was great, restaurant was clean and very nice, and facilities were clean. Food was great and drinks were well made. Was able to get a waffle dish even though it wasn’t listed on the menu. Waffle were crispy outside and soft and moist on the inside. Eggs were prepared as ordered, bacon was nicely cooked and smoked, and pancakes were fluffy and very good. Both pancakes and waffles came with a unique honey cinnamon butter that was a nice treat. Whether local or being adventurous this is a great spot!

    The food is very flavorful. We had good service. My husband really enjoyed the Draft Kentucky Bourbon. The short ribs with the cauliflower mashed potatoes was amazing. My husband kept going for my dish! He ordered the Tea Brined Chicken which he really liked (just not as much as mine) we got the deviled eggs as an appetizer, they were good with bacon on top.

    Such a cute place! We had brunch and bottomless mimosas and everything was divine! We had so much fun together for our FIRST date and also had great conversation and laughs with the staff despite how busy they were! Def plan to come back!

    One of the best meals I’ve had. Don’t let the sides fool you the black bean risotto I had was the best I’ve ever had. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place. It was my first time and I had zero issues, I feel like I missed something though after reading the review below where the guy got champagne and tastes (whatever that is) even without that had an amazing time and experience.

    Everything was delicious! The Filet is melt in your mouth & the cheesy rice that comes with it was very tasty. My husband’s pork chop was excellent. The Bree appetizer was delicious & the citrus creme brulee outstanding. Our server Brie was super sweet & attentive. They put a birthday wish in the menu & they gave me a birthday card signed by all the staff. It is a little noisy but everything else was great!

    If there was an option for 6 stars, this place would get it. PHENOMENAL food. Best Cuban I’ve ever had, the cheesecake should be illegal it’s so good. Very, very helpful staff. Would recommend going the reservation route to avoid a wait.

    I wasn’t very impressed with the food at all. Not that it was bad but it was not great. After all the reviews I was expecting quite a bit more from this restaurant. The empanadas to me were not impressive. The combination of feeling crust and powdered sugar didn’t work for me. The sandwich I received was good and the asparagus was fantastic. But the chicken sandwich was overcooked and very salty. The biscuits weren’t impressive at all. I had my meal outside which was a nice atmosphere because of the view of the park across the street. The inside of the restaurant was very clean but the restroom was just so so.

    This was the very first time my husband and I have been there. We had the most amazing experience. Everything was amazing. The food , the service. I was celebrating my 64 th birthday and hubby wanted to take me somewhere nice well he sure did. We will definitely be coming to this wonderful place again. Kudos to the staff, cook and management ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
