Carla is so friendly and kind hearted and makes you feel more like a close friend than a patient. The staff at the surgical center is also amazing, Maria made my surgery as comfortable as possible, she was so comforting. I have been twice now for treatments and the staff is always polite and professional. I am taken in very quickly and the facility is spotless and pleasant. The treatment is quick and painless as far as I am concerned. I feel the cold from the cryo spray but not pain. The nurse always offers aloe post treatment and have been very pleasant to deal with. I am very pleased with my results and I am only 2 months in.
I had the best experience today at Ideal Image in Cranston (Providence). I was greeted by a young lady in the front desk she was very friendly, engaged, and made me feel welcomed. My experience with Amanda was AMAZING! I have extreme anxiety, but really wanted laser hair removal. She was so patient and calm with me. She made the experience super comfortable and really got me through it. Amanda is very knowledgeable and I genuinely believe she gave me the best advice for revising my treatment plan to get the best possible results. The facility is always spotless and pleasant.
Had a wonderful experience at Ideal Image. The young lady at the front desk greeted me and was very kind and friendly. Today I was taken care of by nurse Amanda was very professional and so friendly. My treatment was very easy and comfortable thanks to Amanda. Thank you so much!!!
Absolutely amazing staff! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. They always keep you informed and about concerns! Amanda is wonderful but I would highly recommend every person who has treated me!
I come to ideal image every month and a half or so for my laser hair removal treatments. I cannot say enough great things about my treatments and all the staff members here. I am SO glad I picked Ideal Image, the price for my treatments were amazing, and I truly feel welcomed every time I come here. These treatments can be a little uncomfortable but Casey constantly checks in and makes sure I’m doing okay, I cannot thank her enough for that!!!!
